Got 3 texts saying a parcel would arrive today despite not having ordered anything ! Then a 4th text saying they'd delivered it when they hadn't !! I didn't click on any links but I suspect they'd ask for bank details for a delivery charge. Avoid at all costs. P.S. eTarget is a legitimate company so I don't know how the scammers got hold of my name and mobile number. When I tried to block the number it said it couldn't because the number didn't exist. Definitely fishy.

I ordered a leaf blower after seeing it was atop rating on top ten blowers with a rating of 9`2 , probably worth a 1-2 poor quality, don’t know how to return it,bad experience

Got sms informing about parcel being on the way to me.
Tracking number took me to royal mail website. The tracking finaly told me parcel was delivered but I could not check it as my post code was not matching the address. To clarify I have not ordered anything so how they got my mobile number, to inform me about delivery that did not arrived to my door?

Absolutely terrible experience…. Literally months waiting for my order!!! Then when it finally arrived it was RUBBISH!!! I have been duped & scammed….. DO NOT USE this company!!

Returned from holiday to find that a parcel had been delivered and placed in our bin. The bins have been collected so parcel went with it. Royal Mail can only log a complaint, I have no other details of ETarget Ltd so no idea who the sender is or what the parcel was!!!

Ordered a leather bag. When it arrived it certainly wasn't leather. Don't know what it is made from but it looks like cheap rubbish.

I was directed to a DPD pickup locker, when I opened the locker it was empty.

DPD informed me that the package did not fit the locker advised by E-Target, my package is missing.

Very poor service.

Nothing ordered, nothing delivered. Yet I still had three notifications telling me to expect my delivery with a date specified; time of delivery on the day; then confirmation of delivery. I was actually outside the front of my house at the time of delivery confirmation so how strange!! The Royal Mail reference provided did not exist when checking on Royal Mail tracking. Looked up Etarget hub online and appears to be Chinese based. Wondering what’s going on here. Definitely bogus.

I received the item I ordered from Etarget via Royal Mail. When I got a txt msg I thought it was suspicious but I was able to track my order with the tracking number, through Royal Mail, this was product coming from overseas, from Tymo, so it was legitimate.

Delivery driver with zero delivery skills. Left my parcel on the steps up to my front door and rang the bell, not even waiting for me to answer. He clearly thought it was appropriate to leave an expensive electronic component (which was evident from the picture and description visible on the box) for anyone to help themselves to. Luckily I live in a very small quiet village with honest neighbours. I am a wheelchair user and as he walked off, he didn't even look to see if the person answering the door was able to walk down the steps to pick up the parcel - he just grunted as he walked off. He then proceeded to drive all the down the pavement, presumably to his next stop. There was no reason to do that as it's a very quiet village which sees probably less than 10 cars a day! Zero social skills and zero consideration for customers of companies who have paid them to deliver the goods. This delivery guy would be more useful as a zoo exhibit!

This has to be a scam. I received a text from Royal Mail saying that my Etarget parcel was out for delivery (I hadn’t ordered anything) and then a text to say it had been delivered. Nothing turned up and when I tried to track on Royal Mail it said my postcode was wrong. No idea how they got my details but not very happy!!

Bought a present for my father’s birthday. Product arrived broken in more than one place. Sent an email with pictures showing the damage and 2 weeks later still no response. My father’s birthday is long past and still no resolution to the problem. Absolutely shocking customer service, if you could even call it that. No customer service at all is more like it! Product also of extremely poor quality, even if it hadn’t arrived broken 😡

Do not buy from this company .I ordered a jellycat teddy and received a duoe .Unable to make contact .

I have just received an email, stating my parcel will now be delivered to a pick up point.
Baring in mind I had zero knock on the door and zero ring on the doorbell.
I also have a notice on the door to state I am disabled and can’t get to my door quickly.
I will now need to struggle to get out and pick my parcel up tomorrow. Absolute disgraceful.

Absolutely disgraceful £70 for a product worth £5 maximum do not order from these people

Bought the oils that they say everyone raves about. Waited around 3 weeks for them to arrive & smell of nothing but old oil. Bought different scents but they both smelt the same old oil. The oils were poor quality as it was, very runny so went everywhere too. Least it didn’t smell of anything I suppose. Threw them straight in the bin

Etarget Limited 1550 3891 859 832, they are worse than useless! house bond disabled man has to wait for other people to deliver because the drivers wont walk 25 meters,

It seems Etarget are a hub for different suppliers and perform a service for delivery only. I ordered from a specialist company and got the Post office messages regarding delivery that named Etarget and not the supplier. I thought it may be a scam but the parcel was delivered so OK.

I just got my order .they sent me 2 empty boxes and 1 bracket instead of the 4 items I paid for .it's a scam but they are under the name gnoce but I don't think it's them .
