I ordered some custom print golf balls with an image with red text. I received a text the following business day with an picture of my product asking if I was happy with it or if I would like to make any changes.
I opted for changes as the text colour was unreadable in the original image I submitted. Not only did they warn me that my original image had potential readability issues, they also changed it and upgraded to include additional text and waved the fee.
Exceptional customer service from Tait in particular, and the product ended up perfect.
Additionally, I was worried I would not receive my product in time as I only ordered it 2 weeks out from the event. From when I submitted the order online to receiving it was 3 business days, including the changes to the product! Note I did pay for express shipping, but outstanding production time!

I have placed several orders with this company and I am highly satisfied best quality I have received in a long time. Thank you for the services

My event was my twins first birthday party. My order was done last minute with a perfect design and breathable, soft, and comfortable shirts for me and my family. THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO CREATE LASTING MEMORIES! The shirts won’t fade or show visible “wear”!
Service was beyond professional, convenient, fast, and communication was easy and helpful.
