So I unfortunately never received my order:/ reached out a couple times but heard nothing back from them.
Very unfortunate, I was excited to receive my order.

Wouldn’t recommend.

I WANT TO PUT THIS COPANY DOWN THEY ARE UTTER FRAUDS MY SON ORDERED A A NIKE SET WANTED TO SEND THIS BACK AFTER NUMEROUS EMAILS SEND THEY WOULD GIVE ME 25% OF THE MONEY WHICH I WANTED TO SEND IT BACK THE QUALITY IS SHIT- I AGREED TO KEEP IT & GET THE MONEY BACK - STILL WAITING.

Scam Company

Never received product and then had no communication.

Ordered a lovely ornament, waited around 3 weeks to receive a package without an item inside. The package had very clearly been cut open and item taken out. Took this up with eternal charm themselves where they have said there’s nothing they can do as their facts show that the package was there and had a weight to it. Don’t recommend unless you have too much money. I tried to email back to them and it said recipient couldn’t be found! Scam!

This company ask for your photos as their website constantly “glitches out”. Then you send the picture via email. They say they have accepted the picture and will update the order this was on 30th November. They have never replied to an email since.

Absolutely appalling behaviour from a company. Please never ever use.

if i could rate this 0 stars i would, ordered 19 days ago, got told a few days after there was an error with the app so to send the photo again, so i sent the photo again a few days later i asked for an update on my order as its getting close to christmas and they said sorry for the delay and should be delivered in the next couple of days, i gave it 7 days and nothing!!! i then emailed again and they then had the cheek to say ‘we previously told you we were having problems with the app and asked for another photo’ i sent this photo again. Heard nothing. The first time i sent the picture i got a thank you message so i expected one again, so i got a bit confused from that, this being a gift for my mum with a photo of her and her dad (my grandad) who passed this year. They advertise this as gifts with photos of family members who have passed. So to do this is outrageous in my eyes! Ive messaged asking for a refund. Heard nothing. So im now in contact with my bank which will take like 3 days to look into it and then 5-7 to come into my bank (business days!), and its 9 days before Christmas!!!
