Really pretty bracelet
Really pretty bracelet, exceeded my expectations. Good weight and looks more expensive. Plan to wear on its own as a statement piece, but could also be layered with other bracelets. It arrived quickly, in a nice box so would make a good gift too.

Came promptly. Much smaller than expected but good quality. However the stone fell out of one earring on first wearing. Luckily it was found and has been refixed.

Good afternoon and thank you for your review. It is important for us to know whenever there is a problem with an order - if we had known before we would have offered to send out a replacement pair for you. Although we sell vast quantities of our semi precious cabochon earrings sadly on thankfully rare occasions the stone can detach from the setting. This could be due to some semi precious stones being less porous than others so some may require more adhesive and although we check them before packing they can dislodge en route or soon after wearing. Being one of our long selling lines we are certain that this is not a common issue but I sincerely apologise for your inconvenience and disappointment. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to discuss this further. Kindest regards. . Susan

Another Lovely Distinctive Necklace
This is another lovely distinctive necklace from Eternal Collection. As always with jewellery from this company it is well made from quality material and exactly as described on their website. Also, as with the other necklaces I have purchased from them, it sits really nicely on the neck when worn. Highly recommended jewellery from an online company (with a very easy to use website) which is always despatched very promptly. All their jewellery is elegantly presented in a very nice box and well packaged. Highly recommended.

Disappointed
It's disappointing that a pair of inexpensive earrings cannot be posted through the letterbox?
I purchased the earrings for a wedding, but returned from holiday to two attempted delivery cards from Royal Mail.
By the time they were redelivered, the wedding had already happened.

Good afternoon Mrs Densley and thank you for taking the time to post this review. I am so sorry for this obvious inconvenience - we always pack our items in a padded envelope and in the smallest size possible for the item or items in the order. The one that your order was sent in was definitely small enough to fit through a letterbox so I can only apologise that Royal Mail for some reason chose not to do so. We send many orders every day and the vast majority are posted through the recipient's letterbox without any issue. It is particularly frustrating as the earrings were for a particular occasion. As a small gesture of goodwill if you would prefer to return the earrings to us we will of course issue a full refund and a free returns label - please kindly advise if this is what you wish. Kindest regards. . . Susan

Good morning and thank you for your review as without it we would not be aware that you had this problem with one of your Bluebell earrings. Please accept our sincere apologies for this obvious disappointment - the Bluebells are one of our best selling earrings. Has the chain come away from the hook? Would you be happy for us to send you a replacement pair (which will be doubly checked before shipping of course) or would you prefer a refund on this occasion. Should you chose a replacement pair there will be no need to return the original pair - please keep the one 'good' earring as a spare. Kindest regards. . Susan Highlands Jewellery t/a Eternal Collection Customer Care
26/06/24 Once again Ms Whurr I must apologise - I just received your e-mail and although I did send out a replacement pair of the bluebell earrings for you sadly they have not been delivered - another pair is on its way to you along with something as a small gesture for all your inconvenience. Kind regards. . Susan
