Our gold pieces usually take around 8–10 weeks to complete as they must go through the official hallmarking process, which adds a little extra time but ensures the quality and authenticity of the jewellery. Our silver pieces are usually completed within a week as they do not require the same process.

I would revomnend this company in their response to my own anxiety of sending precious ashes to them..the process although nerve racking they offered assurance every step of the way..great company to deal with
