I like this service, but I have sent support tickets almost daily trying to get a response with ZERO feedback.
It is hard to understand why you would have support tickets if you don't respond to them.
Have been a member for more than a month, bought a year subscription to the Ultimate Combo strategy for nearly 1k. Since my subscription started I have sent in 4 support tickets for matters relating to improper data being posted to their site. They all go unanswered. Crickets!
Their protocols are not actually followed regarding the buy prices of the trades they submit for execution. They are to utilize an algorithm with data from the trading day which is ( (High+Low)+Close x 2 / 4) They instead post the closing price the prior trading day or some unexplainable, more favorable price than those that you will actually get yourself. Thus, their claimed statistics are skewed to suggest far better results than you will actually get.
Thus far I am down 5.5% and falling while all my other portfolios are up significantly in the same time frame. I wouldn't be so upset if it weren't for the total lack of communication explaining to me what the heck they're doing and why are they not following their publicized protocols.
Update: As of November 18th I have yet to get a response to daily tickets I have submitted regarding their bogus posting of data and statistics.
Update: In the late hours of November 18th I finally got a response. Here's what they said:
"I sincerely apologize for the delay. We had two software problems. The first was that we weren't properly receiving support messages.
The second was the update to prices. Prices for newly purchased ETFs on the 7th have been manually updated. A software glitch stopped them from showing their actual cost basis. That issue is being addressed.
FYI, prices are updated on the weekend after a position has been sold or bought.
Again, I'm sorry for any inconvenience.
