Received order and product was disappointing…no dark green colour , more like urine and tasted like sugar water. Do not waste your money!!!

First order contained 2 intact bottles and one smashed bottle. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed another order of buy two get the 3rd free. I received only 1 bottle. Sent 5 messages and no response. Don't buy from Ethale, they will take your money and not deliver the product you paid for. I ordered 6 bottles and received 3 bottles of a product I was hopeful would be helpful What is was is expensive.

Ordered, and nothing was ever delivered or shipped. Will not return emails.

My order never arrived even after receiving email that it was delivered to my back door....

Scam! They don’t provide a tracking number, they don’t ship, and they don’t respond to emails

I order "buy 2 get 1 free". The free one got "lost" ?
I got just 2. Shoppers, don't get scam. I did the mistake not to read reviews before I ordered.

They sent my product to the wrong address. I sent them an letter through their contact me seconds after I had purchased it to tell them of my mistake complete with order number. Their website had no way to cancel an order or to edit the address. In short they charged me 90 bucks for a product that I didnt receive. And it's their policy to not refund after they've shipped and that cancelations can only be done by contacting them immediately. I did contact them but they dont read their contacts.

I ordered a product and the total was $29.99 however $46 came out of my account!
I think I just got scammed

After multiple attempts at trying to contact ethale through various channels it was of no help and didn’t receive any reply AT ALL ! I’ve tried cancelling the subscription they signed me up for which I had no idea about mind you. Last week I was at the store and as per usual took out my phone to pay and next thing you know BANG no funds , why ? Coz ethale automatically charged me for something I did not order and definitely didn’t want to pay for!!!! Unfortunately I had to resort to a review like this and god I hope they read this as no other way worked !!!

My order didn't arrive, it's a scam!!
