Awful service in the Lancaster store

Awful service in the Lancaster store, I have tried ok two occasions to shop there, but on both occasions I was greeted with hostility from 2 different employees or managers (not sure)
They clearly cater for certain clientel and are not welcoming at all
Especially if you have children.
Other than that, you feel as though you are being watched like a hawk the entire time you're I'm there, which is uncomfortable in itself.
Have not and will not return.
Awful.
