I ordered 2 sets of the dresses with built in shorts. Fairly sure they wouldn’t fit a 5 year old let alone a 40+ year old woman.

Took around 6 weeks to arrive and I’ve been going through the returns process for 6 weeks! They don’t adhere to the returns policy on their website and offer a measly compensation (I’m up to £10 when I spent £40). Despite my repeated messages of I want a full refund as detailed on the website they keep coming back with this ridiculous offer and expect me to be grateful.

I wish I had checked reviews first and that’s on me. The items came from the USA but the return was to China (which I had to pay for).

I will pursue the refund because I have come this far and I am too stubborn to let this slide. But please please don’t ever buy from these people. They are a complete scam and a waste of time and money.

This company have zero returns policy. They do not care if the product is to big/small/poor quality/not as described. I could go on and on. I purchased 2 of the dresses with shorts built in. You should be able to go to take the shorts down without taking the dress off. Absolutely no way you can do that! The material does not have enough give in it, the straps are too short, even when extended to their max, the metal rings keeping the straps attached to the top are weak and easily bent. Stitching is very poor and breaks just getting into the dress. When I emailed to make a return, they offered me £3, and suggested I give the dress to someone else as it would cost me too much to send it back to China, where it had been made. Despite a number of emails, that became less polite from them, they have refused to refund me or allow a return. Would not touch this company with a barge pole.

I paid £25 for a seamless bra, it is like tissue paper, but the joke of it is that it won't fasten, it is made faulty and the hooks and eyes won't interlock, you simply cannot fasten it.

DONT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY.

I haven't emailed them yet, Im going to do it now but I hold out zero hope of a satisfactory response having read previous reviews.

It has taught me a lesson to read company reviews. Bloody fuming!!

Not a UK company took over a month to arrive, items never fit, took £8 more than they should have, won't let me return for a refund, have offered me a £3 compensation and my over charge back, have continued to email them, now they are offering me £10 back but still fighting it, reported to PayPal, and FB

Ordered 21.06.25 received my ordered today 9.08.25.
Contacted the company 5.08.25 who only then told me my order was lost (after arriving in the UK 1 week prior according to the tracker)
The dress itself is ok, however, Im 5ft2 and need to fold myself in half to use the toilet. (Picture pulling down pants that are connected to your neck.) Would not recommend.

Total scam. I wish I’d read the reviews on trust pilot rather than trusting the scam reviews on their Facebook page. Despite the fact that it appears like it is a UK company, it definitely isn’t. It took nearly a month for the swimming costume to arrive.Exactly the same as everybody else the swimming costume arrived and it was see-through, scratchy fabric and the bra and knickers a very tight fit albeit the short-suit cover up was fine size wise, but see through. I contacted the customer services who offered me £3 compensation, ha . I sent them a video showing that you can literally see through the fabric and said that I wanted to return it in accordance with their Returns policy on their website. They then told me that it would be too expensive for me to return it and offered me £6. Actually it only costs £7.80 to return by Royal Mail so even paying the postage it should have given me a refund of £12 rather than £3 that they were offering so it would’ve been worth paying. This is an awful scam company though and I’m not actually confident that they would return the £12. They obviously just take money off people and don’t really have a return policy contrary to what they say on their website. I should’ve known better than to buy something on Facebook and it probably serves me right. I too tried to leave a review on their page but it was immediately taken down. They obviously use scam reviews. I wish I could do something to stop people buying from these because I think they steal their photographs from a proper company manufacturing these swimsuits as I’ve since looked into this and I can see a proper American company that sells the same designs. I’m still in a dispute with them about sending this item back. Actually I’ve also just noticed they charged me extra for tax too without informing me that there would be a charge! Unbelievable!

So even though the advert was ethereal.uk this is definitely not a UK company. Took AGES to get to me and even though I thoroughly checked sizing the two swimming costumes I purchased are no where near fitting me. Want to return them but would cost as much to return them to China so on Vinted they go.

Bras came far too small. Ordered 40g, 6L came packed as 6xl but tiny, barely d cup. Straps so thin, just thin chiffon that they folded immediately.. I tried one on thinking maybe it was stretchy, cup pad barely covered, awful fit. So contacted customer services to to asked to pass to someone else, when I said no, offered a refund of £2! That's right 2 POUNDS. Absolutely insulted. Never again and will post same comments on the FB ad and google for people to see. Review on their page was deleted immediately even though i tried twice. They don't seem to allow bad reviews. But awful experience all round.

Additional info. After refusing the £2 refund they offered £4 then £6. I sent a quote from uk trading standards regarding full refund. From that point in all emails and comments have been blocked.

Item was awful. Tried to return it, after lots of emails that must have been been replied to by a bot, I eventually got a returns address in China. Would have cost more to return it than the value of the item. Advert I'd bought it through miraculously disappeared so I couldn't reply to it.

If only zero stars was an option. The item purchased was £14.99. After payment was taken an additional shipping charge was added bringing the total to £21.98. But the amount taken from my account was £27.99. My banks fraud team has been notified. It’s been over a month and 18 emails deep, requesting a refund. The item has arrived and is very nasty quality, I’ve been asking to return but the emails they are replying with are random and must be for another person, because the screen shots they have forwarded me are nothing to do with my complaint. Data protection isn’t high on their list of anything. I’ve been offered compensation of £2 because the costs of shipping back to china is too much, but they are refusing to accept a return and refund my money.

Edited to add the company that fraudulently took extra money is called SKYLOTOSHOP.

Ordered online from etherea.uk, bill total came to £30.67. Paid by paypal, and total taken was £38.34. No prior info that tax and insurance would be added. PayPal Payment went to Starcraft not Etherea.uk. Starcraft has a 1star Trustpilot rating. Would not have completed purchase if I had known about the Starcraft link. Might not have completed purchase if I had known about the extra £8 charges.

After a complaint to Etheria.uk, a refund for the unexpected extra charges was received to/by PayPal from Starcraft the following day. As a result I upgraded rating from 1 star to 2 stars.
