Dreadful company to deal with

Company: Etherea
Dreadful company to deal with. Would give them NO stars if I could!
First parcel (3 piece swimming costume) lost after arriving in UK from USA. Asked Customer Services for refund but they immediately sent replacement which arrived too late to give recipient. Asked AT LEAST 8 TIMES for refund and asked PayPay to help. Also useless. Company either can't speak English or are deliberately dense or obtrusive. Had to keep item and accept £6 'refund' from a £28 item which is useless to me as it was a gift for someone else. Will NEVER use again!

A unique and elegant jewellery

A unique and elegant jewellery. Was able to find a pair of earrings that are sweet for a sweet 16th! Love the fast reply and postage for the next day delivery. Will be ordering a few presents for Christmas from Etherea Gallery! Thank you!
