Update: After further communication with support, Etheryl refunded my original deposit, and I appreciate that they resolved this part of the issue.

However, my account remains permanently closed due to alleged multi-accounting and bonus abuse, and I was never provided with any evidence supporting those claims.

I'm glad they returned my money, but the overall experience was still disappointing.

I signed up after seeing one of their sportsbook promotions, made a deposit, met the promotion requirements, and later tried to complete the KYC process before withdrawing my funds.

Unfortunately, their KYC upload system repeatedly failed with an "Unsupported Format" error, even though I used valid JPEG and PNG images. Because of this, I contacted support for assistance.

Instead of helping resolve the technical issue, I was informed that my account had been permanently closed due to alleged "bonus abuse" and "multi-accounting." I have only ever used a single account and was given no evidence to support these accusations.

I politely requested a manual review and also asked what would happen to my deposited funds if the closure decision remained unchanged. After that, I received no response at all.

Based on my experience, the customer support was disappointing, the KYC process did not work, and the account was closed without providing any meaningful explanation or proof. I cannot recommend this casino.

They give good bonuses and are good communicators. Withdrawals are not immediate which is the only downside so far.
