I feel that the product we bought was well described and a fair and affordable price.

I purchased a Daysy device from the USA and I damaged it accidentally while I was in the UK. I contacted Ethical Family Living UK as they are the official distributors for Daysy in the UK, and Karen was very helpful and she did all she could to get me a new device promptly.

This experience had been a clear indication of the quality of service Ethical Family Living UK provides to customers and their outstanding customer care. Their communication is very clear and fast and they have proven to be reliable even when dealing with their global partner’s customers.

I got in touch as I had a few questions about a daysy which I did not know they supplied in UK. The products was on offer at the time but was not yet reflecting on their website so I got in touch and Karen answered all my questions promptly and was very helpful. They honored the discount. I received my daysy in 2 days and looking forward to using it. My order came a free gift (natural sea sponges) since I spent over £50. I’m looking forward to using it.

I purchased some natural facial sponges. I received excellent customer service and super quick delivery. Loved the packaged, felt very ‘expensive’ and organic.
I have used the sponges for a week now, I love the softness of them and how they made my skin feel after cleansing. I have used these after using a face wash, more as a natural exfoliant and found it was soft and left my skin feeling super fresh! Will be trying these out with exfoliating product on them soon to see what I think!

I bought some Sensible Options sponges & I would highly recommend! They are natural, soft & easier to keep clean than cotton disks. They work really well with any cleanser or exfoliator & you only need to use half the amount & you get a much better result for half the effort! Prompt delivery & will definitely buy again!
