Saved a lot with these guys. They were were professional and understanding. Explained me the whole process. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Revolting company ran by creeps

These guys are a scam. The number they listed on the website doesn't work. When asked to select 1 or 2 and selected, it just hangs up saying not a valid option. They took my details and switched me over to different energy company. But the energy company didn't give me any plan details within 10 days cooling off period. They asked me to call back these guys to get the plan details. Also they call you from a 04 numbers and you can't ring those numbers back as well. If you get a call from these guys, please hang up.

They are a scam. No promised emails. They don't return calls.

This company uses mined data such as name, address and phone number to cold call people using Indian call centres. I have received over 50 calls over the last couple of months where once you answer they hang up.
Very poor ethics.

Didn’t tell my mother they weren’t from Alinta until Right at the end of the conversation , a week after taking my mothers details, she is all of a sudden getting a heap of thease spam emails and SMS’s . I wonder why?? The offshore Indian companies they use will “harvest” your personal details and give it to all the spammers & scammers in the country. Call the electricity company directly and don’t use a third party. I think they forgot the letters UN infront if their business name!

Look at all the reviews posted. All are fake. These guys are actually scammers. They try to make you buy itunes gift cards and tell them the codes under a guise of cheap electricity. They called my elderly mother and tried to scam her like this.

I have been dealing with this company for a couple of years now and they have fantastic service! Mary from Ethical prospecting is always calling me and letting me know about new deals and keeping me updated on how I can save money. Highly recommend
