The Ethics Lab is a Gen Z-led nonprofit bridging the gap between young people and the fast-moving world of artificial intelligence. While AI is often discussed in panels, policy rooms, and corporate settings, students are rarely centered in the conversation, even though we are the generation that will live with the long-term impact. Our work explores the dimensions of AI that often get skipped: ethics, current uses, ongoing research, and what future opportunities could look like when the people most affected are included early. We create space for honest, student-forward dialogue through campus interviews, student-led media, and open conversations across universities. Beyond discussion, we also build pathways for students to take action, including working on AI solutions for small businesses and nonprofits.
