Bad service

Bad service! Do not buy from Daniel Karni! I ordered a Duduk and the mouth piece was wrapped with Guffertape whoch even fell off in the parcel. Mr. Karni responded once and asked for fotos whch I sent him right away. Never got any answer again from him!

False Advertising, Low Quality Product, and No Transparency

I bought an oud from ethnic musical, and it turned out to be incredibly bad. Honestly, I didn’t want to write this review, and I was very hesitant about whether to post it or not. But after two months, I decided to do some research. On their homepage, they claim to have a 4.9 rating on Google, and I even took a screenshot, but they’re not even on Google! This is completely misleading and deceitful, a way to trick and mislead people.
Then I did some more research, and what did I find? The owner is an Israeli named Daniel Karni. Why aren’t customers given truthful information? I’ve started to hate myself for giving them my money
