Please becareful before booking with this company they are not related to Etihad airways ! We first booked with this firm thinking everything was okay , we are traveling with two children with disabilities and the firm would not assist with this ! Two weeks later we found the same holiday £900 cheaper ! Unfortunately to change ment we lost £200 deposit as we do not hold credit cards we could not claim this :( then it’s getting nearer time to pay and reading the reviews I am so nervous hanging over £6K and you have to pay by bank transfer reading the negative reviews waiting 7 days for the staff to come back to you ! If you telephone the help line no one can answer any questions ! We decided to go through a well know travel agent but again we lost another £200 as I could not bare thought hanging over money to a company with poor reviews unhelpful telephone centre and paying by bac transfer it was not worth thinking out holiday might not go ahead ! I think it’s absolutely disgusting that I have lost £400 and our holiday was probably sold to someone else please please be careful do not book through this company for a wealthy Company you would think they would have better customer service !! AVOID at all costs

Avoid this company!!! booked a holiday at 9pm, cancelled at 9am the following morning, lost the deposit even though they have a 24hr cancellation policy, when we questioned it they said that we should of cancelled before 6pm! We told them that we booked it at 9pm so how could we have cancelled before 6pm?? So they obviously dont have a 24hr cancellation policy, this was in January, today we got an email saying we owed them £2000 for the holiday!! We told them it was cancelled and the staff were very rude and abrupt, after half an hour on the phone backwards and forwards with their colleagues they finally admitted it had been cancelled at their end, they were obviously trying to extort more money from us and probably do this on a regular basis! They are crooks, do not book with them.

First they denied that I had made a booking even after documenting the payment had gone through their website.
Suddenly two days before my travel they sent me a hotel voucher. It was not possible for me to cancel the hotel booking because I received the hotel voucher after the deadline for the cancellation had passed.
They call them the national carier og the UAE. It seems as if it is the national career of a failed State!!!
Their staff need training in customer service and a reshuffle!!!!
AbuDhabi Free stopover
I have been a Etihad Silver guest due to frequent travel always with Etihad. I have loved all the services they provide so decided to check out the free Abu Dhabi Stop over service they offer. We decided to have 4 days stop over so the hotel was apparently provided with some 40% discount. Unfortunately our travel plans got cancelled and we cancelled our flight and also had to cancel the hotel booking. We got refund for the flight immediately however for the hotel booking they need 3 CALENDAR MONTHS to return the money. Simply meaningless and pathetic service when it comes to this AbuDhabi Free Stopover.
At first when I was making the hotel booking on Etihad website, the payment failed as my credit card rejected assuming a suspicious activity. While I was unblocking my card, I already got a email from Etihad asking me to may 25USD fee for the fail transaction and I was like WHAT? Also when I had to cancel my hotel booking there was no option online to cancel the booking so I had to write a email to them. Again even though I cancelled the booking 1 month in advance and there was free cancellation mention, they still charged me 25USD as cancellation fee. After confirmation of cancellation, I kept looking for days at my credit card statement and there was no refund at all. When I reached out and sent multiple email they claim it is mentioned in their terms and conditions that it takes them 3 CALENDAR MONTHS to refund. Then I asked them to show their terms and conditions, they have stopped replying me.
Stay away from AbuDhabi Free stopover offer. I am still waiting for my refund for over a almost 1.5 months now and there is no update as to when they will process it.

Extremely bad experience DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. When I called they said there was a transit Visa but upon arrival I was denied entry. The airport denied the existence of a transit visa and the official made me pay 120 euros!!! I competency at its best. I will never fly through Saudi again!!
