Just under £600 worth of water butt and stand ordered. Only stand delivered in a bit of ripped bubble wrap with bolts for securing legs missing. The rest of the order declared missing by courier. When I did receive the rest of my order and the missing 12 bolts and assembled the stand the bolts couldn't be tightened to make the stand rigid without me buying 12 washers due to the bad design and manufacture.
I emailed Etills explaining, with photographs, the design fault and what I had to do to solve it.
Not even the courtesy of a reply. The customer service from this company is appalling. I regret buying this product and certainly would never recommend them.

Bought a 1500 litre pillar today. I called up and was able to collect. John in the office was able to give me great advice on how to install it correctly.

I bought a 650 litre water butt from them and in their reply letter they that " occasionally damage occurs in transit". Well that is not surprising ! The only protection the water butt had was shrink wrap. The driver who delivered it was on his own so I had to help him ( I am 80 with 2 heart attacks ),There was no lifting equipment on the vehicle. Not even a sack barrow ! They say that the delivery will be between 8 am and 6pm and they are unable to specify the actual day of delivery. " More precise information will be available on the day of delivery after 10am" plus tracking information will be available by SMS/Email NOTHING RECIEVED !!! The water butt itself is well made and from what I can see the fact that it arrived undamaged is more by luck than judgement.
I sent an e mail complaining about the above to them and as yet 2 weeks later, have not recieved a reply.

Both tanks are of good quality and delivery was first class.

Easy company to deal with. Very knowledgeable staff helped me work out what type of rainwater harvesting system I needed and how to install it.
