We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the goods delivered. You ordered two dark colours together, and then it will be a bit less visibel than if you had choosen two colours with more contrast.

If something like this happen, than you can always contact us, and we will be happy to reproduce in other colours. This you can still do, so please send me a PM on mk@etiquetasdeikast.es

Thank you for your comment.

Unfortunately it sometimes happens, that something goes lost in the mail.
When you told us that the order didn't arrive we produced again and send it express, which we always do if something like this happens. But again let me stress that we are very sorry that it didn't show up in the first round.

Hi Amara,

I am sorry that you are not satisfied and I will do everything I can to make you a happy customer.

I can not see what the mistake is? You ordered 35x35mm. do you think it should have been 35x35cm.?

Please write to info@etiquetasdeikast.es with your order number and tell us what you are unsatisfied with and if fair enough then we will re-make the order for free.

Regarding shipping time. We send all smaller orders via priority air mail and it takes about 4-7 working days to Spain. If you order for approximately € 100 we ship with DHL or UPS with next day service.

Hello Jordi,

Thank you for your review, and I am very sorry if you didn´t receive your wristbands until the the 2nd of January as, according to DHL you have received them, and signed for your order on the 31st which make it exactly 3 working day delivery as we promise? Is that not the case? As for the cloakroom tickets it does actually say on the website (Spanish) that if you order 2 rolls we will send you number 001-999, so I am very sorry if you have not seen this.

I am not sure what I can do for you, but please email me on cmr@etiquetasdeikast.es as I will be happy to talk to you and do what I can to solve this and hopefully improve your rating :)
