36 jours et j'attends toujours mon produit. (fausse information sur le web puisqu'ils disent qu'ils vont envoyer dans 5 à 7 jours)
Je leur ai écrit des milliers de courriels pour réclamer mon remboursement et ils m'ont répondu qu'ils ne pouvaient pas le faire (fausse information sur le Web puisqu'ils disent qu'ils vous rembourseront si vous n'êtes pas satisfait du produit dans les 30 premiers jours).
FUYEZ CE MAGASIN, C'EST UNE VÉRITABLE ANARQUE.
Je suis vraiment en colère d'avoir perdu mon argent de cette façon.
J'ai besoin de récupérer mon argent !

36 days and I am still waiting for my product. (false information on the site since they say they will send in 5 to 7 days)
Wrote them thousands of emails demanding my money back and they answer saying that they can't (false information on the website since they say that they will reimburse you if you are not satisfied with the product in the first 30 days)
RUN AWAY FROM THIS STORE THEY ARE TOTALLY SCAM.
I am really mad that I had lost my money this way.
I need my money back!

Update: in their reply below the company promised refund of my order if I contact them via the given email address. I did but they do not mention anymore refund just explain why my order has not been delivered yet (I ordered one month ago!).
I see that customers complaining here were also promised refund in the reply to a bad review. I am wondering how many of them actually got refund. I
At this point it just seems to be a marketing trick.
So my 1 star rating is still valid. I am waiting for the company to turn around this experience!

I placed my order on the 11th of October. I called customer service on 24th October. It was very difficult to communicate in English and they ensured me that my article will be shipped as soon as possible. Today is 2nd of Nov and I have not received it but the company sent me a survey to rate their product!
