A mixed picture. The pick-up and drop-of window in a hotel car park is a tight window. If you or a friend can't make it you're stuck. I had to cancel one booking because of this, and despite having another booking with them the same year only got a partial refund. They are keen on quoting their Ts & Cs but a bit of goodwill gesture wouldn't have been amiss given I'd already paid for another booking.

I took the minor service thinking it would be a useful simple road-worthiness test before the event. But they do this in Ireland before the bikes are shipped, so they have a lot of travelling and jostling to do before they get to their destination. My front disk rotor was rubbing and the excellent mechanic at Tallinn sorted that, but it was not a problem I'd expected. Front wheel had to be removed for transportation.

So the service was ok and fine in principle but you might find the pick-up/drop-off windows and locations restrictive and given the cost, it may well be worth balancing that against the risk and hassle of taking it yourself. I wouldn't use them again.

The guys made what could be a stressful, very easy. Bike drop offs and pick ups went just as planned. I’m not a mechanical person so the idea of dismantling my bike for travel to an Ironman filled me with fear. ETB made it easy and stress free to get my TT bike to Spain. Will use again.👍

Have used eti several times and they have always been exceptional, they go out of the way to help and try and make he whole journey as easy as possible
Will definitely be using again in 2025.

Had this company take me bike to Estonia and so glad I did . Excellent. Service. Took all the stress off me .. had a call when the bike arrived in Estonia and in A1 condition .. then soon as I finished the race took the bike to the pick up point and left it with them . I would use this company again and would recommend them to anyone who wants a stress free trip

The bike was picked up and dropped off fine for half Ironman in Venice. I took the bike to the mechanic as I had a free service as part of the Nirvana booking. He told me “someone at the airline must have sat on your bike” - they’d pushed the derailleur almost into the spokes. It was totally fine on the way back but wasn’t why I paid to have it transported!

ETI transported my bike to Copenhagen and they were great from start to finish. Pick up time was sent and when traffic issues were a problem, I was kept updated with anticipated arrival time. Drivers were extremely friendly and helpful.
In Copenhagen, they could not have got nearer to transition and likewise at the end, it was just a 5 minute walk to hand the bike over for the return trip which was hugely appreciated.
I would definitely use them again.

Really good professional service and my bike was transported and delivered exactly on schedule. I used ETI Tri Bike for Ironman Switzerland and would recommend them to anyone. Great service.

Booked a space online but on the day was informed that the space was unavailable. Tried to book another space in October but never received a reply.

I had a family emergency and was in need of assistance. Steve and the team had no hesitation with helping and their assistance won’t be forgotten. Very positive experience.

They take your money and that's it, don't deliver your bike.

had to change booking to 2025 , eti were very easy to deal with and changed everything no problem----edit.. dont deal with this company -- race approaching, large group booked and paid for , nobody can get in contact, it appears they have gone to ground and taken our money.. we will have to book with some one else.. do not book with eti tri bike

I used these guys for my first Ironman race out in Kalmar Sweden. Based in the north west of England and with no experience traveling with a bike I was looking for peace of mind and a safe pair of hands. Steve and the team were faultless! Great clear communication before drop off, out at the event and on return. I felt it was great value too! No need to disassemble and pack in a bike box then trust airport baggage handling! Keep up the great work guys!! I will most definitely booking with you next year!!

Cancelled my booking at the end of July which is totally understandable as they didn’t have enough take up. Unfortunately they are still to return the £260 I am owed for this and it has been more than a month. Stay away from using this service.

They cancelled my booking which I understand as there wasn't enough bookings but I have still not received the £266 I paid for my booking refunded. It has been over a month and not a word from them.

A great service. These guys know what they are doing and helped make the experience a good one. I recently did the IM Copenhagen and they pulled out all the stops to get close to the finish line which was appreciated by all. As a first timer I was a little unnerved about how it all worked to start with but I needn't have worried. Will use again.

First time using them and if I pluck up the courage to do another Ironman would defo use again. Really simple to use, there when they said they were going to be, gave clear advice on what to expect. Handing your pride one joy over to a stranger is daunting but fear not they are extremely reputable and trustworthy. Even moved closer to us after the event to save our legs. Great job. Nick

I used these folks for 2 races this year and they were absolutely terrible. They cancelled the booking for my first race as they didn't acquire enough bookings. While that is fair, they never responded about my second race. I called them several times and was told, 'someone will call you back.' Over several weeks no one responded.

They do not communicate, will not return calls and I will never use them again. Do not use.

Excellent communications, great lads. Highly recommend this team. Couldnt ask for a better service. A++++++++++
