Great transport service with prompt and accurate communication! We ordered private transfer and vehicle(SUV) to resort was pretty nice but the pick up vehicle(SUV) to airport was too dated. This vehicle really needed some work, could see lots of the service lights lit up. I’m sure that’s only one of many vehicles but will definitely use again!!!

Very easy process!! ETransfers emailed me a day or so before to confirm, and as soon as my flight landed, a representative from their company had already texted me with specific instructions on where to meet. Driver was friendly and timely! Excellent service to Tulum!

We used eTransfers to transport my husbands family to the hotel. We did not have the credit card that we purchased this service with online and we had to pay cash for the ride again. They told us we would get it refunded back to us. My husband called eTransfers and they said we could only use email to talk to someone to get a refund. We have still not received a refund or heard back from the company. We will never use this service again because of their dishonesty.

I heard about etransfer from a friend…
I heard about etransfer from a friend so I tried it when we landed in Cancun. I didn’t prebook, I booked it online literally as we were walking out the airport. Once I booked I was a little confused about where to meet as it didn’t give any instructions after booking. I called the number and they gave me instructions on where to go at the airport. They were helpful and everyone was really nice. My husband and I were on our anniversary trip and we had the whole van to ourself even though we didn’t request that option. It was perfect!
