ACHTUNG!!

ACHTUNG!!! Fragwürdige Einstellung zur Mängelbeseitigung! Keine Garantie!!!

Ich hatte innerhalb der ersten 2 Jahre ein Problem beim einem Gerät, welches ich für über 300 Euro bei dem Händler erworben habe. Daraufhin erhielt ich diese Antwort:

"... Die Gewährleistung deckt Mängel ab, die das Produkt bereits zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufs hatte. Ist der Verkäufer der Ansicht, der Mangel sei erst nach dem Kauf entstanden, muss er das in den ersten sechs Monaten beweisen. Nach Ablauf dieser Zeit kehrt sich die Beweislast um: Dann muss der Käufer beweisen, dass der Mangel bereits zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufs bestanden hat.

Somit können wir Ihnen leider nicht weiterhelfen."

Fazit: Wenn das Gerät nach 6 Monaten ein Problem oder einen Schaden hat, bekommt ihr gar nichts mehr! Nicht mal Hilfe. Das können andere Händler deutlich besser!
