Placed an order for 4x golden saroo plants and got a good discount for paying by bank transfer. I emailed them the proof of payment and got a response by email the next day that the money had been received and the order was being processed. We got the plants delivered in very good condition within about 5 days which is earlier than the stated 7 to 10 days delivery policy. They were completely green and in good health. We did not get direct responses to our queries about the delivery date but thats ok. We had no disappointments.
I had come to this review site after placing the order and got worried when I read all the negative feedback. However I was mindful that most reviews are posted by people who have had issues. We had absolutely none.

This seller is 100% confirmed scam and they deliberately avoid answering phone calls or answer WhatsApp messages and emails are also not replied. I had ordered pink coloured Almanda on 2nd June against which eTree delivered on 21st June a very different plant. When I complained again they replied to find out why this happened, but never responded back. I have started to warn users on their FB page and would recommend everyone to do the same.

They are running scan business
I ordered Stevia plant in June 7 and they delivered on 16th June with very exlreemly deep packing with payment and DC. But when i unpacked that after taking almost 15 min . then that plant was decomposed and died and that wasnt stevia
. I complained Multiple times but they didnt even see my request and tried multiple Calls but they didnt respond on my call till now .

The most hideous experience I have had when purchasing online. After getting money from me, the guy didn't reply for days then I called him from some other number and he picked saying you will get your order in 2 days but I received nothing. Only when I said I'll call the police did he reply and dispatched the plants. 2 weeks later, I received the plants in poorest condition possible. Avoid etree at all cost. These people are running online scam business

I ordered a productivity bundle from them 2-3 weeks back. I paid for the product online. And, I haven't received it yet. They are not picking up my calls.

I would say it's a total scam and please, stay away from this website.

They are running a scam,its not a business at all.I have paid for a product online and they confirmed my order but even after 2 weeks i did not receive my order.No customer service at all nobody is replying or even picking up my calls.I urge people to stay away from these scammers.shame on you people.

Extremely Rude and incompetent staff!

I ordered 7 indoor plants comprising of tall Areca plants. First the order was delayed! When I eventually received the order, they were boxed in 3-4 inch cylindrical boxes good enough to be candle stands! When we tried calling, they won’t receive the call (another problem I have had since weeks). I asked the delivery guy to let me check the health of the plants for my assurance, instead they said its not allowed. I wish I could attach a picture of what I saw! I returned the products immediately.

Hours later, their staff calls me again and shouts at me claiming I didn't think about their money! The audacity to say that after their extremely misleading advertisement! Not to mention instead of owning up and perhaps try to resolve the issue they were being extremely rude.
I can provide evidence of the delay and the received product!!

I was browsing through etree website and ordered a house of paradise plan and a chinese evergreen. The order process itself is off. I neither received any confirmation, prompt replies tracking etc. The paradise plant was only a foot long plant with burnt foliage and came in a 5 inch dry soil, it had to be revived. Same goes with Chinese evergreen which was in a bad state. The plants are expensive, service is poor, and worst is the way the poor plants are handled.

This was an extremely amazing experience and I'm shocked at the amount of customer service and support they provide, I wanted to gift someone a plant (Peace Lily) and their team provided amazing support and the gift went well and was really liked by my recipient, they made our day! Highly recommend, plus prices compared to the local market isn't that high either.

I ordered the air purifier bundle, the peace Lilly and snake plant arrived damaged with the leaves cut in several places. I have tried contacting them via email and WhatsApp, no resolution has been offered as of yet. Etree.PK are charging a premium for their plants, in my opinion the plants should be of a standard to warrant this price. My advice is to steer clear of them.

I am satisfied with the after sales customer service provided by E tree. Initially I faced an issue with my order which was addressed and they made a great deal of effort to resolve the problem and I am happy with this
