I bought a trike for my 89 year old father last year and was not very happy with it. The battery charge gauge always shows 100% regardless as to how many miles have been used. I reached out to the seller and he told me it was a known problem and that there was no fix for it. He told us to manually track the hours every time it's charged. The front forks were also loose, the entire front fork assembly came off when I lifted up the handlebars. I was told that if I wanted to have someone look at it that I would have to get it back to the place that we bought it from. The distance was too far for me or my Dad to ride the trike to, so we were not able to get it adjusted.

The communication with this company was great,shipping was fast and having the bike completly assembled when it arrived was great. When it got unloaded i drove it into my garage. The bike is great , easy to get on and off , easy to ride , i am really impressed. Compaired to other trikes ive ridden this one is hands down a better trike. Im 76 years old and this trike is going to change my way of life. I would recomend this trike to anyone that is looking for a trike.

My wife and I decided to purchase the ETR100 so we
can ride together. This is our very first etrike. We are seniors and just learned about the fun of riding together. We did our homework and found Etrike company to have an excellent rating. They delivered. Nick helped us through with kindness, thoughtfullness, and respect. He brought our etrike right to our home ready to go. He answered all our questions and he had excellent advice. Etrike Co. is the best.

Our eTrike was delivered. Some minor issues, but all resolved by the tremendous customer support. We’ve been out and about in the neighborhood and received glowing comments. Definitely check eTRikeco out!

Excellent service and excellent product. I wasn’t just impressed but was amazed at the quality of the product. I bought the etr80 for my wife and this thing is amazing. Definitely exceeded my expectations.The best part of my experience by far was nick who went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied. Thanks Nick. I ordered the ETR500HT Etrike. I originally ordered a different one but change my mind and wanted the ETR500HT. Nick was very accommodating with the change. Every time I call the company, Nick has been professional, polite, and knowledgable. I love my new trike. I'm the talk of the whole community. My friend named it and wants me to get a sign for my trike.

Nick is great to work with. Our Etrike, that we bought used from an individual, has had a couple of issues and Nick has helped us with prompt responses and fair prices. Would highly recommend him.

Love my ETrike!! Due to a medical condition, I cannot drive a car, but with my ETrike I still have my independence. Use it for groceries, church, shopping and church and the beach. The service can’t be any better. No insurance, tags or gas. I can drive it anywhere you can take a bike, including the Pinellas Bike Trail. On top of all this, it’s fun.

I have been very happy etrike. They are friendly and very accommodating. If you are thinking of getting an etrike, I highly recommend them.

I really like working with Nick. He is very professional, knowgeble, but best of all very helpful.

We all have a lot to do, but not enough time, but Nick was always ready to help out when we didn't know what to do to fix it.

The owner has excellent customer service skills and does whatever it takes to make sure customers have a positive experience. He also seems to be a very honest person. I ordered an ETR300 for my daughter but the entire family uses it. We enjoyed the ETR300 so much that I just purchase the ETR100. I won't receive the ETR100 until early June but I'm looking forward to receiving it.

Presently, the ETrikeCo trike is on order. However, I emailed customer service about a minor issue regarding my address, and the response was immediate, and the issue resolved. My wife and I are like kids at Christmas, waiting for Santa to deliver our trike. Estimated delivery is mid August.

Great experience with Etrike. Purchased the ETR500. It was shipped cross country. Had a few small issues that came up. Nick worked with me to get these issues completely resolved. He communicated with me constantly and made sure I was happy with the resolution of the issues. Excellent company to purchase and etrike from, I highly recommend them.

Good experience with Nick discussing the pros and cons for a mobility scooter especially for travel. However we don’t travel all 52 weeks of the year the ETR 100 meets our needs for traveling and the e trike will work well for local adventures too. The trike fits into our vehicle and it will also fit through doorways making the ETR 100 versatile. Rode the ETR 100 trike a few days now, great power and speed. Definitely like the suspension especially when on dirt.

I just got back from a ride on the Pinellas Trail to Dunedin it was 17 miles to get there an 17 to get home had no issues with my e-trike, and with riding it on the trail. The battery lasted the whole trip and I still had battery life when I got back home. It’s a great ride!

Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had my etrike for 1 1/2 years and it is practically maintenance free. Nick and Nela provide excellent customer service and I highly recommend the product. I use it all the time for the convenience (parking) and it is fun to ride! Etrike for the win.
