sorpresa l'ordine non esiste, l'assistenza che prima non ha aiutato ad accedere all'account, si è rivelata inutile per identificare l'ordine, loop di risposte preconfezionate che portano a vicolo cieco.
oltretutto se dalla mail di conferma cercate di contattare il venditore scoprirete che la pagina/indirizzo sono inesistenti!!!!
Una volta Etsy era un ottimo sito per scoprire veri artigiani. Oggi invece sembra pieno di venditori improvvisati che propongono prodotti tutt’altro che fatti a mano. E quando qualcosa va storto… buona fortuna! Il reso è un percorso a ostacoli: devi aspettare che il venditore risponda (se ti risponde), poi aprire una disputa, poi attendere ancora. Il servizio clienti? Praticamente assente. Delusione totale. Etsy si limita a guardare e se ne lava le mani. Attenzione prima di acquistare!
