Horrible experience! Stay away from Etukuri.
Apart from the extremely high shipping rates, I am giving 1 star because my item had been delivered on 23rd this month. After 2 days, I waited for a. Monday, yet the items were still not seen in the warehouse. I contacted the email, still no answer. Then I contacted the lame contact person who always speaks like a robot repeating the same "replies" all the time and overlooks what my actual concern. No matter how many times I explain to this dumb person, she always repeats herself that I can check using my email. Hello, I know that,.. But she will jeep on saying that a zillion times. Then she suddenly told that she can see the parcel in my warehouse so I was glad and closed my connection. However I still don't see my package in their warehouse. Now its 28th and I still don't see my package. I bought this item as a gift for my son, to buy it, I have saved a lot of money for over three years, and this is how they steal our hard owned money! It's OK to charge a huge sum of money for their services as long as we can trust them and they take responsibility and give us top-notch service, but when they steal your items plus charge 300 dollars for shipping is completely outrageous! Stay away from Etukuri.
