I needed four new tyres for my EV. The etyres website was very easy to navigate and the description of each tyre enabled me to make my selection and choose a fitting day.
The fitter called me when he was on his way to my address. He got to work straight away and 45 minutes later he had replaced and balanced all four tyres.

Had my tyres replaced and tracking done. The technician found a damaged adjustment bolt, helped source it and fitted it without charge even a week after the initial tyre change.

Avoid! Delivered the wrong tyres to the fitter. Customer service is appalling, difficult to get hold of, don’t seem to care, incapable of resolving the issue. Have raised a formal dispute to try and get my money back

I ordered tyres through etyres to be fitted at their partner network garage, Bosch Car Service (Huntingdon). The fitter severely gouged my Audi e-tron’s diamond-cut alloy wheel and verbally admitted liability on-site, noting the yellow marks on the wheel were from their mounting machinery. I have clear photographic proof of the fresh scratch with their yellow mounting paste literally trapped inside it.

When the garage began ignoring my calls, I contacted etyres. Instead of taking responsibility for their contracted network, etyres simply tried to pass the buck, telling me to deal with the garage directly. The garage is now claiming the damage was "pre-existing" but refuses to email the HD CCTV footage they claim to have because "management doesn't know how to export it."

As the primary contractor, etyres is legally responsible under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for damage caused by their subcontractors. I have given them 5 days to resolve this before escalating to the Motor Ombudsman and Small Claims Court. Shocking lack of accountability. Order ref: aETYXPN317WQ

Easy to use, good price

What a poor service from etyres.
Booked it. Paid for it.
Then etyres cancelled just before the fitting was due to take place!
Desperately needed this to be done and it was a huge inconvenience.
It was only due to their terrible planning that this happened.
Requested an immediate refund - still waiting!!
Avoid!!!!
Will not use again.

I did a lot of research when looking for new tyres, and eTyres always gave the best prices. Range was excellent too, which means I could choose what I wanted at a price I could afford. The website purchase experience was great, and I can confirm that their live chat customer service is very good too. Fully recommend.

Booking was straightforward, with a fitting available when I needed it just a couple of miles away. The price was better than anyone else's for my ridiculous tyre, so all good and I'll use etyres again. The tyre fitters at GKT in Pontllanfraith couldn't have been nicer. Can't fault any of the service.

Had tyres supplied by Etyres that have failed after 14months. Purchased GTRadials all season well above the wear marker and yet pieces of tread started falling off. Etyres stated they only give a 12 month warranty.
Don’t bother using the service , poor quality product supplied and short sighted business model when dealing with customers.
