What an absolute joke of a company

What an absolute joke of a company, just like the fake positive reviews here. I’ve ordered twice and had issues both times. Either my order wasn’t registered, or I was charged €14.64 for shipping while the website states €6. Customer service is almost impossible to reach, and when you finally do, the responses are irrelevant and unhelpful. You end up repeating yourself multiple times without getting a proper solution. I do not recommend this company. Poor service and poor-quality items.

Good customer service

I placed an order but did not received my confirmation email so I reached out to their customer service on whatssap and Saniya answered in a matter of minutes she checked for me and confirmed my order was alright and resend me the email. Really effective and fast approach. Thank you Saniya!

Poor quality

Poor quality, sheer, overpriced
Terrible quality, all clothing is ultra thin, never fits, either items are absolutely tiny or way too baggy. Over the years I had ordered a good number of times because I wanted to be proven wrong, however I always sent everything right back.
I always got my refunds without a problem and returning is easy peasy.

Boohoo knows how to deal with complaints - Refunded after issue with product

I was unhappy with a product and sent a text message to boohoo customer care via WhatsApp.

Lucy responded immediately with great initial understanding and passed this on to the relevant team.

I was then contacted by Shahzad via email and they refunded me the item I complained about and also gave me a voucher to use online for the inconvenience. Shahzad’s words were kind and they dealt with my issue quickly and effectively with great understanding. I will definitely shop at boohoo again because they made me feel great even though at first I wasn’t happy. It’s also great you can just text message them.. thanks 😊

Was curious about my order number and…

Was curious about my order number and status so I wrote to the Twitter customer service and ANISA helped me with my inquiry within 30 minutes. I’m also receiving my order earlier than i expected which is an added plus! Thank you again Anisa!

Very good customer service

Very good customer service. Especially Curtis but also the other people who work there are very helpfull and friendly. They helped me with making a product choice because I was not sure about colors.

I ordered 3 items from this company

I ordered 3 items from this company, having used them extensively whilst living in the UK. One item was defective. One of the sleeves is not attatched to the neckline and has been pattern cut incorrectly, so it gapes and skews the whole dress. It is a major defect and the item is unwearable. Despite this, to return it, I have to pay for the return postage. Therefore, I won't be using this company again.

Even worse, now I've posted the package, the postage they required -tracked cost 15.50 Euros. Boohoo said they would not refund postage but issue a voucher once I sent proof of postage and the item was received. The dress cost 17 Euros. This is ridiculous. I bought a dress for 17 Euros, they sent me a defective item. I've had to pay 15.50 Euros to send it back. I will then, hopefully, get a refund for the dress and a voucher for the postage. Basiclly, if they send me another defective item, I'm totally out of pocket! Scam.

Worst shop in the world

Worst shop in the world
I never seen more bad store than Boohoo. I noticed that Boohoo simply do not send orders, which cost over 100 euros. All my orders over 100 euros was returned to the store, no one was send to me. They give the fake tracking number, and do not send the parcel in properly. I suspect that Boohoo just keep the money of their customers. I think it is unfair seller, maybe scammers.
