I would give 0 stars if possible. Returned an order to their warehouse as described 24th Jan, got a refund on 6th March, awful customer service and attitude to customers. I will never buy from here again, regardless of price, exclusivity etc.
Absolute amateurs.

The delivery was fast. The product came as described.

I had on plan to order a NY Yankees leather jacket and other many things but after I read all the reviews...I will say pass and no thank you...

Sending the wrong item…bad service completely

Ordering was easy. Delivery time was okay. Unfortunately I had to return the item as it didn’t fit me. Return process was a bit slow, but return shipping cost was very beneficial for consumer.
I had to remind them after the 7 days had passed. The did refund and apologised for the delay. Overall my experience was pretty good but not top of the class.

Took Kith over a week to ship. Item was mislabeled and wrong color arrived. Customer service took 3 more days to get back. 20€ gift card or return for refund.

I bought a Stone Island jacket on the website - they didn't send it to me, they don't answer my emails, they don't return the money for the jacket :( It's been 15 days already :( Be careful! Don't buy from this website if you don't want problems!

Ordered some Jordan 3s from here, shipped quickly and support team updated me rather fast. So cannot complain. 5 stars

Do not buy from them, they lose parcels and issue refunds in a really long time. Slow to reply emails as well. Rude customer service

Took payment for 2x lost drawings.
When I raised this, I was completely robbed off. Claiming this couldn’t happen. I’ve attempted to speak to them on live chat but when I got to the issue, they blanked me. Well, I’ve got two completed transactions on my bank account now and will have to go through the hassle of claiming this back via a section 75 claim.
Avoid the raffles and any reason to co tact CS. They’ve literally stolen £236 from me.

Purchased the Marvel / Kith Asics. Really impressed with the whole unboxing experience, it was really something.

Super fast delivery via DHL. Will definitely be purchasing more from Kith in the near future.

Absolutely shocking service. I ordered an item that packaged like a used item and poor quality. I have since returned the item using the DHL service. Up until this point DHL are awaiting clearance from KITH eu and they have not activated this for refund.

Now - KITH seem to have trouble with replying to emails, chat bots and Twitter. I cannot get any help to figure out where this process is up to for my full refund. They still have my money and it’s impossible to get in touch for clarification and updates about this return (that was returned/posted using the kith return process label and within a few hours of delivery)

It’s a shocking experience. They need to install a phone line or update the communications UX, because it’s an awful experience and there is little help.

This was an expensive item. And I feel like I’ve been robbed.

They did not ship the socks that I have paid for when many people already have received their socks, and cosutmer service keep saying that i should wait and they are working hard to identify the issue and find a resolution for me, but nothing happens.

Great shoes, quick delivery. 5 stars!!!
