Offers cancelation trough e-mail. We e-mail within 5 minutes of order. Then you still send the package next day.... we told you, it's the wrong products and we want to cancel. This sucks

I bought this is Canada but there's only an EU page. I will say they shipped here very fast only took about 2 weeks. I bought the best friends shirt in medium, it was a perfect fit. I'm a female 140 pounds, it fit loose but not too loose, amazing quality. The shipping was expensive but I was fully expecting it to be. I am happy to support good developers that make amazing products even at the cost of high shipping every now and then.

Preordered the BG3 soundtrack on lp, aware that it was coming from a different country but willing to take the risk. It took over a month for the record to actually arrive (much longer than I would normally expect, even when ordering from overseas) and the tracking information did not update at any point during that time, which made me a bit nervous.
But I got in touch with customer support twice and they were able to track the record for me and it arrived not too long later, incredibly well packed without a mark on it.
I'm very greatful that they took so much care packing my order, even if the process was a little rocky in the middle

Absolute joke of customer service. I ordered a T Shirt from them in January and I'm still waiting for it. They do not answer customer emails. Can only communicate with them via PayPal If you wanted to order from Larians merch store my advice is save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
