Wrong Delivery Location, No Support, Empty Packages
I paid extra for DHL Express on December 2. The package arrived on December 17, was sent to the wrong pickup location, and when I finally collected it, both packages were empty and clearly tampered with.
The parcels had been opened from the bottom and resealed with tape. Inside, there was nothing except plastic. I paid for two items and received nothing.
I contacted customer service multiple times. I was told the package was delivered days before it actually was, and since then I have received no proper response or solution.
I paid for express shipping and received delayed delivery, incorrect handling, and empty packages. This experience is unacceptable.
