I have ordered a coat this Friday and Saturday 7 of October the coat arrived ripped and belt scratch , the same day I sent email back to the customer service asking for a new to be resend to me and instructions how to return this one back ,after a day I have received a long reply back saying how sorry they are and if I want a new coat I need to send an email to them asking for some express code and the return can take up to 14 days and they have not offered the fee to be refunded for the postage which was 6 pounds! Absolutely big disappointment and will not recommend to anyone

terrible quality of accessories. i have had over 5 purses in the space of 1 year and half. and each have lasted a short period of time, or broken with ease. i also find their ordering in store system very poor and unreliable. would not recommend. also very expensive for the lack of quality you get.

I went into my local shop and got a coat for my daughter for school in August time into 2 weeks on the school term the cost fell apart! Rang customer service up and they told me to send it back. Which I did they when emailed me to tell me they couldn’t give me a new one and a cheque would be sent out we are in March now and after months of email this every week I still havnt received the cheque so I have no coat and no cheque. I would definitely not use this company again the customer service is disgusting

Do not use the online shop, seems to be where they use there damaged items, I orderd a handbag and resieved it with black marks on it, I reached out to the customer service, what a horrible experience, was told that I can either go to the shop and swop it or get my money back if the manager allowed it or send it back and get a refund, (send back on my own cost). Advised them that the shop here does not have the bag, this is why I bought it online, and that I would prefer a replacement over a refund and also willing to consider a discount to keep it as is. Also advised I can send in photos if this helps. There response was to send me the exact same email again. I wrote back to them to advise this is not a salution for me. Still waiting for a answer a week later.
