Avoid at all costs!!!

Shocking experience dealing with this company! Placed an order direct through their website. Never received an order confirmation, so I emailed them DIRECT from their website address.

9 emails deep and the only response given was a generic one with a case number.

The only time they respond is when you add comments to their social media presence and there is a complete denial of you ever existing in their system!

I have contacted my credit card company who have rescinded my money. I would advise to avoid this company and any Stanley affiliated companies like the plague! Buy their product from a reputable dealer such as JD Sports.

Happy to provide evidence should required.
