Brilliant Product and Wonderful Aftersales service

We really love our Toto Japanese toilet!
We bought it 5 years ago, and last month (October 2025) we needed to have it serviced, as there was an issue with the lid opening.
Toto provided an amazing service.
Their Customer Support Advisor, Francisca Razanatsolofo, was really efficient.
And their service engineer, Angelo, was brilliant! Incredibly knowledgeable and meticulous, and he couldn’t have been more helpful.
I’d really recommend this company. Not just because their toilets are fantastic, but because their aftersales services is so great.
A very satisfied customer here!
