I didn't find the pillow very comfortable and sent it back.
The company advertises a 100-day “money-back guarantee.” I returned the pillow properly after five days at my own expense, but the company won't refund the money. I've contacted customer support several times but haven't received a response.
Ordered 24.12 and got order confirmation #53167. Have not recieved any goods or shipping details. Contacted online with no response.
The product never arrived to destination. They marked "delivered to a third" without saying to who.
The customer service is slow and they only say to check in the nearby drop-off points.
I bought this item which I found uncomfortable and claustrophobic. When I asked for a refund on the same day as I received they told me I have pay for postage and packaging. "We do not currently offer free returns in UK so this cost will be covered by yourself". So be warned only buy this if are will to pay for its return. Because they do not even offer reimburse for what you pay for the return. Good luck.
