The product does not work
The product does not work. I reached out to customer support and have yet to be replied to with a solution. I sent an email detailing everything including all the ways I tried to resolve the issue. I even checked with Claude that there were no more viable workarounds before reaching out. I nearly never return items or complain but this hub simply does not work.

I’m quite disappointed by Revodok MAX 2131
I’ve always purchased UGREEN products and have generally considered them to offer excellent quality at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, this time I have to change my opinion.
I purchased the Revodok MAX 2131 because I need to power my MacBook, which can require up to 140W under heavy load. The problem is that when the system reaches maximum load, the docking station sometimes seems unable to handle it and goes into some kind of protection mode, temporarily disconnecting the USB ports for a few seconds.
This is particularly frustrating when you have a mouse, keyboard, and monitor connected to those ports, as everything suddenly disconnects and then reconnects.
Honestly, I’m quite disappointed. I expected better from UGREEN, especially from a product in this price range.

Feel like scammed
Bought the Nexode Air charger as a universal charger for my phone and laptop.
The product page advertises it with a 1.5 m (5 ft) cable but they sent it with a 1 m (3.3 ft) cable, which is clearly not enough if you want to charge your laptop on a normal workdesk. So basically it's not a universal charger, just a simple phone charger.
I sent a complaint, they offered me a 5 EUR voucher, which wouldn't even cover the shipping cost of a 1.5 m cable (which is around 12-13 EUR) on their website.
I told them I just need the cable as advertised on the product page, for which I paid, or give me a voucher which would cover the cost of buying the cable but they stopped responding.
I'll change this review if/when this issue will be solved, but currently the case management is very disappointing and I feel like I've been scammed.

Power for devices
5/5 Stars - A fantastic all-in-one charging solution!
I am very happy with my purchase. Having three USB-C ports and one USB-A port on a single 100W brick is incredibly practical. Instead of looking for multiple wall outlets, I can now charge my laptop, smartphone, watch, and other gadgets simultaneously from just one plug.
