Jeans, excellent quality, but mens cargo pants, absolutely the worst designed possible. They fit great, but cargo pockets, whatever style are useless to keep anything but a cloth or something soft. Ha... See more

I wish I'd read the other reviews first!
Admittedly, I did order over the Christmas period, but the delivery was not smooth. I ordered the jeans on the 28th, and after a few days I got a Yodel tracking link. For five days it stated the jeans had left Wrangler, yet yodel hadn't got them. I tried to ring the stated customer service number for Wrangler, only to get a non English language pre recorded message essentially saying the number was dead? I had to google an alternative number. When I finally got someone, I was told the jeans come from a foreign warehouse, and that the tracking will not work until they arrive in the UK. This was not explained at order. When they were out for delivery, I could not change the date, leave with a neighbour, or safe place! Result was the courier came when I was out and just left. I finally received them two days later.
Upon checking fit etc I found the jeans had an elasticated jogger style top that was not shown on any of the website pictures? I immediately returned them, only to find this would cost me £2, which was not made clear at purchase.
Again the same routine happened. I watched the tracking and it said on the 13th Jan they had been delivered to "Lee Jeans" and that I'd get my refund in 3-5 days. 7 days later - no refund. I again had to chase the process and was told "we've done it today". I now have my money back, less £2
All in all a really bad experience and one I'll not do again. I love Wrangler Bryson Jeans, but I'll never buy direct. As others have said I then used Very to get a pair and their process was spot on all the way. I have no doubt M&S will be too.
I would urge Wrangler (Lee Jeans) to listen to these reviews and take note. I wish I had before ordering.
6th March Update - despite the comment from Wrangler saying they'd be in touch, no such contact has been made. I simply received an email reminding me my refund had been processed

I'm not going to even waste my time writing a full review about Wrangler. My first experience has been so bad I will NEVER shop with them again.
Everything from chasing my "orders" for WEEKS to chasing my "returns" for WEEKS.
Quite simply don't purchase from this business!
Simple as that!

I had bought a pair of Wrangler Barbie Jean for my daughter 8+months later they had split from the top leg area across to the rear - having contacted customer service of this issue they were quick to identify the Jeans were faulty and refunded the cost of the Jeans and as a sign of goodwill also gave a coupon discount for the next new pair !!

Purchased some wrangler retro jeans and in less than a year there is a tear by the back pocked. Clearly these are not meant to last. Shame as a good fit…response says will contact me to further discuss the issue however nobody has been in touch - flaky like the jeans

Recently made my first order with Wrangler. I noticed after placing my order that I didn’t receive a confirmation email, it turns out I had put the wrong email address in - whoops!
Luckily I had screenshot the confirmation when I made the payment so I was able to quote this when contacting the Wrangler customer service team.
The lovely Marco was quick to respond and has taken time to keep me updated on the status of my order. This is fantastic service and really appreciated. Thank you Marco!

I placed an order on the Wrangler website, believing it was a genuine and reputable company. Unfortunately, this has been a nightmare experience.
Despite assurances from customer service, my parcel has not been delivered. The tracking information is a mess, with repeated updates saying, "Sorry we couldn't deliver" or vague status updates that lead nowhere. I’ve waited over a week, and still no parcel!
The lack of transparency and efficiency is shocking. To make matters worse, the customer service responses are unhelpful and dismissive. It feels like I’ve been scammed, and I’m now forced to raise a payment dispute with my credit card provider to get my money back.
This is the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Wrangler, I expected much better from such a big name. Avoid at all costs!

Returned two pairs of jeans and its been over a month and I still haven’t been reimbursed. Called a dozen times, they say there’s a delay because of how many people are returning things. First they said a couple weeks, a month later they say 2-3 weeks. At this rate it’ll be two months until I see my refund. The company is terrible and I will never buy again direct it’s the worse customer service I’ve ever seen.

First jeans to rip. Right after warranty elapsed. Unfortunately, others have experienced the same defect and it was never addressed by quality control.
Not ordering from them again, as I had to send back 3 times now for the right size and now they are charging me 7.99 for each return for the right size! Not happy at all! So sad, as I love my wrangler's jeans!
Don't buy from wrangler on line . I bought 210.00 worth of jeans from Wrangler online.
they got delivered to another state. Even though my billing address and my address hadn't changed in 14 years. And yes i had ordered from them before. Customer service said it was my fault and they can not refund my money or send me my order. They said whoever got my jeans they will not get them so they get to keep and wear them and wrangler will keep my money. Customer service was rude then when I got upset it was wrote down I was rude . Who keeps hard working people's money?? That's all the money my kid had for jeans for school and it is getting cold. I could not believe how I was treated . They told me Goodluck....... DONT BUY FROM THEM THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered 10 days ago from their site, after a week I signaled to them the order is lost because there was no move on the logistics site (DPD - another piece of work).
I asked for the order to be cancelled, since they have clearly lost it and all I got was, wait for us to return it and we'll let you know more...
I mean, just refund me! you screwed up, sort your business afterwards.
In the meantime I've already ordered and received from another company. I will spend the week writing reviews in all the places, i can find!

Worst service ever no one receive call and last one month cant get my payment
Bought 2 pair of jeans and 2 shirts. Wasn't sure if the sizes were true to fit but took a chance on it since they allowed returns. Well nothing fit and I had to return everything. They charged me $7.99 to return the items. I think that is ridiculous since it is not my fault everything was made larger than what I normally buy. I will never order from them again. If you exchange and try another size and it doesn't fit I guess they would charge you again. Never again.
I have worst experience from wrangler. If you live in canada and buying from their online site then please dont buy it. They charge 25$ for any return and also ot takes 6 weeks to process refund. Their customer service is worst. They dont care about customer. I had to file lots of grievance complaints to finally get my refund. They are holding customer's money for no reason. I will never buy or suggest someone to buy from them.
You are better off without Wrangler stuff.
Their apparel shrinks 1 size after 2-3 washes and once the matter is escalated to their customer support, they respond with the same robotic statement.
"Please self-ship the item back to our warehouse. Our QA team will investigate and will rectify if there is any manufacturing defect." No returns, no refunds...hence your money goes down the drain
Even a tiny startup knows the relevance of customer satisfaction but these cheaters don't.
I'd suggest everyone not to buy wrangler clothing, or try not to buy anything from the foreign brands being handled by "Aditya Birla Fashion Limited".
Foreign brands but the cheap Indian mentality of "Aditya Birla Group"
This is ridiculous return items and not even be refunded the cost of the items. Do your self a favor and buy from a store instead of online .
I bought three pairs of jeans. One of them cracked on first day I was wearing them at the back pocket. I contacted Wrangler through the website, nad response was immediate. I sent them good quality pictures which they expressly asked for, asking for confirmation. After a week of silence I sent another email asking if my email got through. After another week of silence I got email from them asking to resend email with pictures. So I did, this time making picures a little smaller in size. This time the pictures must have gotten through because I got refund for that pair. What I don't understand is what happened to my first email. It was about 40 MB, and if you ask for 5-8 good quality pictures these days you have to have an email service which is capable of handling it. And my second email wasn't much smaller (around 30 MB). And if you have size limit for incoming emails write it expressly, so that customer doesn't have to guess and worry why his case isn't beeing dealt with. Especially since I was having problems with registration - I didn't get any confirmation. I had to write to support through the website to get my welcome code. It looked like domain where I have my email is blocked for some reason (my email is working perfectly everywhere else).

I bought a shirt and a jacket as a Christmas gift for my husband. The shirt was too small for him. I returned it inmediately, after a month and three times contacting customer service, they finally return a small amount, they deducted shipping, returning fee and they kept the taxes... What a disappointment. Wrangler products are good but their service is beyond bad.
I’ve ordered three pair online. I get shipping info about the wait is over, you’ll receive your order tomorrow 🙄 it’s been a month and still…..NOTHING. I will never order again
Standard of customer service abysmal. No longer worth persevering with.
