Poor Customer Service
Poor customer service - Unhelpful with recent order placed on website. Made excuses about order that couldn't be cancelled and claimed it was in terms and conditions (which it is not).
Steer clear of Wrangler - buy elsewhere.

Terrible delivery system
They gave me a date of when my shorts were going to arrive and they were 5 minutes down the road on the day that they were supposed to arrive and then they sent them out of state and it took two more days for that to come back into the state go to the exact same distribution center and then sent to me!!!! Next time I will just order your shorts from Amazon!!! I would have gotten them quicker and it was only $2 more.

Scammed through official website
I bought a pair of jeans through the official website, simply to avoid being scammed (even though the same style wrangler jeans were so much cheaper on other websites).
After the purchase, which I had to get help to buy through the phone and their costumer service who during that call told me they were going to send them through DHL, I got a text from DHL with a link to pay for customs. Since I just talked to wranglers actual costumers support that mentioned DHL I didn't think anything of it, also because I placed the order on their own website, which I of course assumed was safe.
I ended up being scammed on several 100 dollars... When I notified Wrangler about this, I got no acknowledgment or obvious concern from them - which is both disappointing and concerning since they don't seem to care that scammers obviously have gained access to their official website, and their loyal costumers contacts, card details, phone number etc.

Absolutely amazing customer service. The website would not download a return label - they printed me one. Upon tracking and being unsure they had received my return, they ensured me it had and guaranteed the refund by checking with their warehouse.

if I could rate a 0 I would. I bought a brand new pair of jeans and they ripped by the pockets in multiple places which is not normal wear! Emailed in april of 2023 and still have not heard back. Send another email and voicemail and have held on the phone for hours.

So i got my wife some pants..we call them a tuinbroek size M which was too large. got it with a springdiscount but returned it and ordered a new one now size S which is great..but no discount...i wrote them..same day answer...they granted me the discount after all...now thats what i call service..besides the great quality of the item...the wife is very happy with it and ty customer service

Very good order experience and service.
I have bought Wrangler jeans for many years now, usually from Debenhams, but since their demise, I decided to try the Wrangler online store itself. The jeans I ordered arrived promptly, are as described and the sizing is just as expected. In the process of ordering, I missed the email giving me the 10% discount code. However, after I explained this, Marco, of Wrangler Customer Care Team, sorted me out with a refund to my card immediately after my order arrived. Very pleased with the service and order and will happily use them again.

I love the clothes but they need more stock
I've made a few orders from Wrangler online store, they always get the orders right and the deliveries are fast.
Only issue I have is that it can be difficult to find things in larger sizes.
I recently ordered a Denim Jacket in Wrangler blue and a pair of Black Texas Jeans.
I'll definitely continue to buy from here in the future.
