ordered 2 more t-shirts a couple weeks after my first one, the came in the wright size but they were bigger than the first one, called them up, sent a photo to" prove" this and received my refund right away
things can always go wrong, its how you solve them that really matters and they did!!
will be back to buy more for years to come !

The worst online experience ever.
I never wrote a review about an online purchase but now I really have to do it.
The items didn't look as advertised.
I returned them (2 pairs of jeans) and I had to pay the shipping for the return.
When they refunded the money they didn't included the original shipping they made.
I wasted almost 30 dollars for NOTHING.

Ordered a pair of jeans which I loved the look of - they arrived and were huge! At least 2 sizes too big and I ordered my normal size. I was really disappointed to find that I couldn't exchange the item, as they had sold out! They were gorgeous.
So I returned asking for a refund. I've now been waiting 16 days and still haven't received the refund, despite 2 phone calls where it was stated that they had received the item and a refund had been authorised.

Ordered a jeans and got a message that it was delivered at the pickup point. When I got there they said that notthing was delivered. Now 3 weeks furder still no jeans or money back and have to fill in all kind of papers and DPD says notthing got lost. Bit strange because notthing got delivered. And Wrangler is a bit watching at it but not doing much. So when Friday the problem is not solved yet I am going to see if the creditcard company can get my money back. If this won't get solved I will never buy any product of Wrangler or Lee, they are the same company, again. And I did contact Wrangler and they didn't broke conection 5 times. And now trying to get my money back via my creditcard company.

Don't order anything online with this company. I ordered a medium shirt and it came as a 3XL.
Called the return and exchanges department and was told I needed to be straighter out. I was nice the whole time but I asked stern questions about shipping cost. I told the less than nice woman that it was Wrangler's mistake sending me a 3XL as I ordered a medium. I was accused of ordering the 3XL, i definitely did not but should you really talk to your customers in such a disrespectful way. If this person was sweet I may have just eaten the shipping cost but now I'm writing a poor review. A little sugar goes a long way when swallowing a sour situation. This company has bad reviews for a reason, stay far away.

I have ordered my 75th year Wrangler anniversary t-shirt plus some other t-shirts and a hoodie last Sunday. Had Order confirmation email, notification when it was shipped and tracking all the way to my door. Happy with the products and the box they came with. Extremely satisfied. Thank you

Rubbish, waited a week, tracking gives no info… complain, week later I get a reply to click another link… surprise, that doesn’t work either… never again and only wish I looked here at the reviews first… u might want to take a leaf out of Next … they are miles better!

I recently ordered a pair of pants from a sale at Wrangler. When the product did not ship after a few days I first got into contact with customer service. When I did so I was told that the issue will quickly be resolved and that I will hear back from them. But I didn't. This proceeded to happen over the course of one month as I called and wrote e-mails to customer support. Empty promises, no responses, and no action were the only thing I received. After more than one month, boom, they suddenly cancel the order and provide me with a discount code; which feels like putting a band-aid on a bullet hole since the pants are now completely sold out. Terrible experience.

if I could give 0 stars I certainly would. This is a scam company with scammy people who do not want to give you your money back. It's been a month and I still haven't received my money back. You can't get a manager's details, no phone number provided, no one to actually talked to. I was told by one member of staff that they're not trained how to issue PaPal refunds, then I was told they have issued my refund but that never came through. I have asked for the ID or transaction number of this refund they couldn't even give me that as nothing has been done. This is the worst retailer I have ever dealt with in my entire life. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK YOU SCAMMERS

Disaster.
I thought ordering direct from Wrangler would be a good move, especially if you bought 2 pairs there was a discount.
Order arrived, jeans were wrong size.
Could not print a return note online as the order was
part despatched.
Contacted Wrangler with a photo of jeans with the label showing different the order placed.
12 emails and 4 weeks later I still have no return note and the wrong jeans.

Purchased outdoor wranglers from Walmart & was happy so decided to order more. Walmart was out so I ordered from Wrangler.com . The quality was bad. The stitching was a different color than the pants. The fabric was rough. I mean who wants to have rough fabric rubbing them. When CS was contacted they offered a refund or replace. Since replace was the same thing again and I needed these asap, guess I'm screwed. Maybe they should go back to made in USA not Kenya.

Two months later and I’m still waiting on my refund. It’s a pretty substantial amount of money and I’m starting to get worried I’m never going to see it. I’ve called 3 times and have gotten the same story (items received but “not scanned in yet” and told the refund could take weeks). Wrangler/Lee should be ASHAMED at this practice. They easily take your money but give you the run-around to return it.

wrong items sent, online return items page is not working, emails sent through the contacts form page are unanswered, when i called the contacts number Marco promised he would sort things and send an email, he never did, very poor quality material, its so thin you can practically see through. Matalan produce jeans of a much higher quality for a fraction off the price, I have been buying wrangler jeans since 1968, never again.
and so the saga continues, got an email from marco on the 21st december telling me yodel would be there next day to pick up the wrong items. waited in all day, no sign of yodel and no communication from wrangler since

My worst online shopping experience ever. I placed an order for during a buy one get one 50% off sale. Then I received an email that one of my items was out of stock. I immediately called to switch items or cancel. I was not allowed to do either even though a week later my items have not shipped. The money has also been withdrawn from my account with no shipping information available.

I am very disappointed. Ordered the sizes that I buy usually in a store. They did not fit at all. One way too big, the other way too small. So I returned them. It's now a month since I turned them in and got no refund yet.
Only the customer service answeres very fast. So that's the one star...
They say, they can only send the money, when the return has reached it's final destination.... wonder when that will be.
I'll never ever buy there again.

It's a month I'm waiting for a refund of an item. I've email the customer service and the first time they asked me to wait 10 days after they received the item and then eventually contact them again. It's been more than 10 days and I've email back the customer service, I've send 2 email and no one has come back to me yet.
