Missing parts still not figured out
I ordered from EU automation because the website showed the whole part numbers for what I wanted, and the lead time was very quick. Unfortunately, two of the three items didn't have all the components I was expecting. When I initially brought this to their attention it seemed like it would be handled in a timely manner, and I would be able to get all the missing parts. Sadly, that was not the case and I still do not have an answer on how I am going to get the missing parts.

The sale was very fast but the shipping/delivery was terrible
The sale was very fast but at the end you ship the package through UPS which is not the best option for México.
I needed the part with urgent but it took so much time to deliver the package once it was here in Mexico

They responded very quickly to my inquiry about an item and provided detailed information. Shipping was fast- arrived in less time than expected. Great customer service- followed up to verify the shipment was received and to offer any support (if needed).
Ultimately, a great experience and great quality product received (which is extremely rare in this post-pandemic workforce).
