Sorry to hear about others having issues but my experience has been nothing but positive. I wanted to reupholster my boat and saw this company on line. I rang them to discuss and I purchased 13m of marine grade vinyl in two colours. I then asked if he can deliver to Spain, no problem. My order was delivered on time and the product was excellent. A few weeks later I needed more material as i had underestimated. Same process, no problems. Rang them several times during the process and they answered every time.
I would use them again without hesitation
One article was delivered wrong and as no longer available was promised as refund.
Reminded three times without any reaction.
Ordered fabric at next day delivery. Was advised it was dispatched. One week later still not arrived. They finally gave me a tracking number, which when looking up it says that royal mail haven't even received the item.
Stopped responding when I asked for a refund.
Mouldy and damaged.
I ordered a 2mm vinyl for upholstery that was described as having ' light water marks that would come off with a cloth'
What arrived was a heavily stained and mouldy vinyl that could not be cleaned and was a health hazard to handle. Emailed twice with no response. I will be passing this to trading standards. 1
Fist time using this company. Ordered a Dylon dye pod. My order was eventually sent after emails and a phone call and being put through to various ‘departments’. They sent a totally different colour dye to the one I’d ordered and then I couldn’t log in to my account to check my order in spite of me having the correct login details. Absolute shambles of a company.
Placed an order for next day delivery (priced at a higher rate than what Royal Mail would charge normally, and as they are a business I'm sure the rate would have been much lower)
Order not shipped until I've called the next day.
Returned some item...10 days later, started following up.
each time I've called, I was given a different excuse, until I was told the refund was processed and it wasn't true.
They would lie to your face, and once they get your cash, they don't give a ***** about clients any more.
Product was 1 week late, came in the wrong colour and had staining making it unusable
A fraudulent company!!
Ordered fabric from them on the 23rd January which I'm still waiting to receive.
Impossible to get through on the phone and have had no response to many emails.
So my wallet is lighter and their bank balance bigger. Having read Facebook reviews I'm by no means alone in being ripped off by these thieves.
I have been a customer of this company for many years. I placed an order with them on 17th November. Order was dispatched quickly and only delayed by the postal service. When my order arrived one of the pieces of fabric was not what I had ordered. I tried phoning EU Fabrics but the line was engaged. After trying several times I sent an email but continued to try by telephone. Eventually I got through to them. Firstly the disbelieved that the incorrect fabric had been sent, then told me the fabric was out of stock. EU Fabrics attempted to sell me the piece of incorrect fabric at a reduced price of £6. As I did not want the fabric this was a deeply pressurising tactic. At no point was the delivery of the correct fabric adequately addressed.
The next day I received a telephone call from them; they had obviously read my email of the previous day. They were not going to send out the correct fabric and laughed when I confirmed that I required them to send a returns label so I could return the incorrect fabric. Basically I was being forced to purchase fabric I neither wanted nor had ordered.
I have emailed them again since to give them a final opportunity to put right this mistake but several days on I still have received no response.
I find this attitude extremely dishonest. The fabric I ordered is still for sale on their own website, eBay, Etsy and amazon.
Sadly, I cannot leave the zero rating I would like to leave for this company.
Ordered clear PVC fabric. Unfortunately, when it arrived and was unfolded it was found to have damage. One, possibly two, holes and deformation of the material where it had been tightly folded. There were also creases, but these fell out when the material was hung up. I sent two emails but both of these were ignored.
