I recently bought a sofa and armchair from a company in Lancashire, and as i live right down in Kent i was quite concerned to learn that delivery would be handled by a third party.I need not have worried as i had the best part of a week's notice, a text 45 mins before delivery on the day, and arrival on time. The drivers, Arthur and Dom, were instantly likeable and very polite. They had to negotiate around a tricky doorway and made it look easy through thought and not brute force. I have a further order with the Lancashire company and hope that they use EU Fleet Solutions Ltd. and the same drivers again. Have no worries, your precious goods are safe in their hands.

They gave no notice that delivery would be 4 days early. Left very heavy and large parcels p with my young daughter and did not take up to bedroom as promised.
Phoned to complain 3 times manager was supposed to call back but didn’t. 2 emails to customer service but no response. Avoid this company .

AVOID AT ALL COST. Bought Furniture in June and still waiting in October for "EU Fleet Solutions" to deliver it.?Lies about phoning back, and lies about delivery dates. AVOID AT ALL COST.
Delayed delivery
Ordered 2 wardrobes from Furnicomp on 8th Sept and did not receive them until 5th Oct. The people I spoke to at EU Fleet Solutions were all very nice, but the lack communication and broken promises even from the Managing Director was not good. They basically had no deliveries near me which delayed my delivery for nearly a month.
Terrible service
Terrible service. From beginning to end I had trouble. They gave very little notice of delivery. Changed time slot 2 days before delivery and then arrived 1 hours and 10 minutes late. The drivers seemed to struggle lifting the furniture. Boxes are badly damaged and very dirty. Not a good experience, I'm hoping none of the furniture is damaged because I really don't want to have to deal with this company again.

DELIVERY MEN TEXT ME 30 MINUTES BEFORE COMING AND THEN CALL ME 5 MINUTES BEFORE TO LET ME KNOW EXACTLY WHEN HE WILL ARRIVE.I REALLY LIKE THAT HE WAS KEEPING ME UPDATED.HE DELIVERED MY FURNITURE TO LIVING ROOM AS I ASK HIM THANK YOU SO MUCH.

The delivery arrived promptly and…
The delivery arrived promptly and everything was satisfactory but I have not given a 5 rating as the delivery man suggested that it would be easier to unpack the table if it were placed upside down. This was a mistake as we had to repack the "marble top" (which was extremely heavy) before turning it the right way round. I am sure he was trying to be helpful but it proved not to be so. Please ensure that the person making the delivery is aware of what he is delivering before giving advice. Thank you.
