Great product and easy to install
Great product and easy to install! Got two after someone hit my car that was parked on the street. One downside, and the reason for a four star review, is the listing states you can use up to a 128 gb SD card, but what is not stated until you have the product in hand, or you have issues with the SD card, is that the approved SD card list is really short.

EUFY makes the best products, i have a doorbell camera, and indoor camera and an outdoor floodlight camera. They are awesome!!
These cameras are genuine garbage
These cameras are genuine garbage. The cameras fails to spot people clearly, despite standing directly in front of them, moving side to side, etc. but will give me 40 alerts in the middle of the night when bugs fly past.
Yesterday, three separate people came to my house. Not once did any of my three cameras (or doorbell) detect motion on high sensitivity. That same day, as soon as it started raining, I received non stop motion alerts from the rain.
The cameras are installed per instructions. 7-10 feet up, 15° angle, within 30 feet of viewing distance. Still, they’re useless decorations.
In summary, I’m sending all three cameras back and will never use eufy products again.

My original call I was transferred to a writer ng department. I called back and took the callback option and a wrong department called me back. I was finally assisted and now I’m waiting 24 hours to hear back to see if my order has shipped. This process is very convoluted to say the least. Love this unit
Love this unit! I had some reservations about the price, but it’s worth every penny. The vacuum is really well made with intuitive design. It’s keeping our floors so much cleaner than our last robot vacuum!

Bro seriously eufy's customer support…
Bro seriously eufy's customer support is sooooo bad. They promised me to receive an email yesterday with the shipping label for a replacement. Today they've sent me one just to ask my name, now we have another 24hours lost, how dumb can you be?
I have an E25, bought it for 1000+-euro's and its been 4 months and it already got malfunctioned. They said I will receive a replacement but still no response.
I had Irobot roomba j7 and it went straight 3years without any problems, 0 malfunctions. Eufy is just too overrated with trash products and fake advertisements.
Customer service is horrible
Customer service is horrible. I purchased the E28 Robot Vac. It doesn't work and I have been battling for a refund. I spent 2 hours with their tech team who told me they would send a return label. 5 days later their email team was asking what was wrong without a solution and I just spent an hour on with the chat team (10 days later) who say it will take 3 hours to get an email with the return label. They still haven't confirmed the refund. Worst company I have ever had to deal with.

The water tank showed up and in The first use, the tube disconnected. This is the second tank to do this.
Wish my floodlight lasted longer.
The first light I bought that got me into the Eufy circle died. I'm a little disappointed by its lifespan even though it worked very well. I would hope to get more life out of them, because I have fully committed to these products now owning many of the security camera lights of various types.

What to change on a potentially good system....
IMHO. Things to fix:
1. Option to squelch ads. I paid for a clean device. No unsolicitated ads to mar the experience.
2. There needs to be basic remote connectivity. I mean things like email or messaging, not questionable security - third party apps from Amazon or Google. I see no options that in this S3 Pro system.
3. More flexibility when attempting simultaneous viewing of multiple cameras with accompanying - multiple sounds and mics.
4. Straight, local web browser access. Not this convoluted third party handoff to a remote server only.
These ideas would help make this a much more secure, robust and flexible system.
Free offer was a waste of time. I hope products are better.
On buying a cctv system from Eufy I was offered a free gift at the end of the checkout process. I opted for a Railcard from Trainline. After completing the application it turned out that I was expected to pay the full price for the Railcard. Wasted my time. I hope the cctv system is better than this level of service.

Great products that work well. I recently purchased a hardwired 2 lens video doorbell. I had a bit of a problem getting the indoor sounder to operate. But I failed to follow the on screen directions. After reviewing the on screen directions, the indoor sounder now works as it should.
