In the first phase , the service that they do provide for FiveM worked for a <1h .
The 2nd day when I get to play , it's not working at all , I've tried absolutely everything .
I contacted Rockstar to "repair" my game (as rockstar launcher wasnt working anymore out of nowhere) , I reinstalled vcredists , many times , reinstalled game and launcher 10-15x times different ways , I got to reinstall my windows,change regedit windefender settings ,flushed dns/reboot wifi,deleted cache and temps, turned off firewall (even made ports out/in). Guess what ? Still not working , I contacted support continuously I got ctrl+copy+paste the exact same thing with 8 steps,also support feels like they are getting so long to respond till the ticket is randomly closed without asking if your problem was resolved or not , provided them multiple videos of how its not working and got nothing . I just can't believe how I knew the good rep about it and paid 20euros for absolutely nothing.
Should I call it a scam ? You name it.

If you came to us, you've certainly seen a video of Eulen working perfectly, or you know at least one person who has used or still uses Eulen today, so it doesn't make much sense for you to say that we're a scam, the product is working for most users, the fact that it doesn't work for you or for less than 1% of people doesn't make us a scam.

Over a year of awful support and responses.
For over a year I've tried using Eulen to test on my own servers with no anticheat and it has not worked ONCE. I've followed all steps given to me by support (on the chance they actually reply and don't automatically close your ticket), I've even had to HWID reset from upgrading my PC and sent all the required information to get it reset but I never get an email or response from the discord support, and if I do it's blaming me for not giving the right information. Even though I send a screenshot of my receipt from payment, the email I got it sent too and the payment ID. I can tolerate the technical issues but the lazy support ran by even lazier code flippers is just sad. At no point do they ever really help people on their discord support. I've contacted them over a dozen times in the span of a year and had 0 problems solved. If they ever decide to get rid of their awful support system automation and lazy response team, maybe I'd suggest this "cheat", but nope. That won't happen as long as they keep getting YOUR money. Don't waste it here.

Regarding the HWID Reset, which you did not receive a response to, we need to be careful with this type of thing, since third parties have already tried to impersonate real users to find out if a person or email was a Eulen user. We value everyone's privacy and security very much, so when any data from the HWID reset application does not make sense or is incoherent, we do not apply the reset. It is necessary to confirm that you are 100% the real owner of the account.
Returning to the problems you are having, it is unacceptable on our side that you have not been able to use Eulen for all this time. I ask that you contact us, release your email through TrustPilot so that I can contact you and refund your payment right away.

It's really not worth it at all
I bought the license more than a year ago, and a year ago it competed directly with the biggest cheats on the market, but a year ago very powerful anticheats started coming out and I couldn't play on literally any server in my country (Spain), I assumed that bypassing an anticheat would be difficult, that's why I gave them time to see if they were able to solve it, in a year they have not been able to ensure that I will not be banned with fiveguard just by opening the cheat without executing functions, which is very sad, and if your server still does not have a good anticheat like this, it makes no sense how difficult it is to use most of its functions, injecting cheats is impossible in 99 in most cases, sometimes it detects tp, heal, aimbot... functions that are so basic are detected in my opinion if you want a better experience for less money you can get better cheats.

But when it comes to ACs in FiveM, the subject can be a bit delicate.
We're always updating Eulen and mitigating/blocking new anti-cheats that appear or are updated, but unfortunately most of them, like the one you mentioned, use invasive and illegal methods to continue banning users.
It's no secret that nowadays there's a high risk of abusing some troll stuff or even making money on some servers, many servers are becoming very well optimized against this kind of thing. It doesn't mean that it's the end of cheating, but just that some high-risk things should be avoided in some cases, so if you know how to use the cheat correctly, you won't have any problems.
The point here is that the AC in question is using invasive methods that are not allowed by FiveM's TOS. They create a database with all banned people and then when you enter a new random server that also uses the same AC, the ban message does not appear immediately, but it lets you enter, walk around for a few minutes and then puts the ban message on the screen, making it seem like you used something detected or abused something later, but in fact your ID/TOKENS/IPS were banned from the entire network of the anti-cheat in question.
Therefore, the subject of anti-cheats can be delicate, invasive and illegal methods are being used by them, people should come together to report this to FiveM.
We are always doing things on our side to improve, mitigate/block new detections and add new features, but there are thousands of servers to deal with and unforeseen events can unfortunately occur.
When purchasing any cheat for any game, you understand and accept the risks.

I had bought eulen for a month and opened a ticket to complete the form needed. As soon as i completed everything i asked how much time it will need to arrive. They kindly told me 15-30 minutes. We closed the ticket and i waited patiently. 3 hours had passed and i came home seeing that i haven’t received anything yet. I opened a ticket that they never responded and the next morning they just closed it. Coming this day, today i reopened the ticket and asked what’s going on. Their answer? A permanent discord ban from their server. I paid the money to never receive the product nor an answer.

My problem still isn’t resolved, while my friend, who had the same issue, managed to fix it. I find it unacceptable, especially after paying 100€ for a software that worked before I launched Cheat Engine or forgot to close it. I find it really frustrating that there’s no mention anywhere that Cheat Engine shouldn’t be used with Eulen.

In my opinion, Eulen, which is sold as an item for FiveM, is essentially a scam. From the start, the attached Lua menus are not accessible (the URLs are invalid). Additionally, it is frequently detected, even during periods when it's supposed to be undetected. Furthermore, the spoofer does not function properly. When I submitted a ticket, I received a copy-paste template response, which made it clear that they had no intention of helping. From the comments, it's evident that everyone is experiencing the same issues, but these are dismissed with template responses.

Nothing works
I bought eulen fivem for 1 month, every time i load in a server my game crashes, 2 days later I got global banned, i tried to spoof the ban but the spoofer is not working (I tried spoofing with other spoofer and it worked for the first time). I also opened a ticket about the crashing issue in there discord but they gave me a template text and they closed my ticket without replying to my question. Also my friends have the same issue so not only me. (I bought the cheat 16 days ago and i didnt get to use it 1 time)

nothing worked
I brought the month version of eulen I followed all the steps and yet still when trying to inject it into the game it would just crash and then showed me a message which sent the FiveM developers the error files which included the fact I tried to inject a cheat so its not undetected or anything as that got me banned as it couldn't have been the menu as it didn't even work. I then followed their public document/support guide and I contacted them on discord and just got a message copy and pasted 3 times to me and it still didn't work after all the steps. and I'm banned for 14 days which is the first ban I have ever had. Not undetected and I would rather get red engine as you can just get free menus and money from it which is always quickly updated and all of that but its 5-8 euros a week so a little more. probably will try to get a refund if I cant get it to work after my ban and if I get banned again without it working I will push my bank until I get the refund and they refund things no matter what soooo

Eulen is good a tool, but i bought 1 month with credit card and they keep taking my money from my card and when i opened a ticket to unsubscribe they just closed it without saying anything or helping me so don’t buy with credit card.

Eulen scammers?
