Temperature-sensitive vaccine delivered frozen, no proper resolution
I ordered the vaccine StroVac twice, paying a total of approximately 240 EUR, because I genuinely needed this treatment.
First order:
The product was delivered without clear storage instructions, and the leaflet is available only in German, including on the seller’s website, although the product is sold to Romanian patients.
Second order (December):
The vaccine was shipped during winter using standard delivery and arrived frozen, despite the leaflet clearly stating that it must not be frozen.
I reported the issue immediately after delivery, with evidence. Instead of taking responsibility, the seller refused replacement and later proposed a much more expensive “special transport,” which clearly shows that controlled temperature delivery is actually required.
At this moment, I have neither a usable vaccine nor my money back.
Based on my experience, I do not recommend ordering temperature-sensitive medical products from this company.
