This really looks like scam! Sending emails (which by the way are identified by MS Defender as spam) in which they would like you to pay for securing the Trademark for your own company.
The company nor their staff are visible on LinkedIn.

This is a complete and utter scam. Even the people mentioned on their website are fake. Be warned

It's an emotional appeal that triggers protective instincts. Smart, dumb, scam.
They suggest another company is trying to claim the trademark for your company name. Which is nonsense. And they charge 799 euro to claim the trademark yourself. Which is a ridiculous amount. Scam, it is!
