Misleading marketing about delivery
Dissappointed by very misleading marketing by Vevor. The Vevor european website clearly states free delivery (except in remote locations) in its marketing banner, so I decided to place an order for a tumbling composter of value 80Euros. However, when I went to the checkout I found a 20Euro delivery charge...when I investigated, it seems that Vevor considers my home a remote location - I live in Athens, the capital city of a member-state of the European Union!!! In what Universe can a mainstrean EU country (let alone its capital city) be considered remote??? As a result, I decided not to place the order. Furthermore, I will not be ordering from Vevor any time soon, unless they get rid of their misleading marketing about "free delivery", even better if they change their delivery charges and stop regarding an EU capital city as a remote location!!!

It works great. A doctor recommended this product, which is relatively inexpensive compared to similar products. The water it filters is very delicious, I usually sprinkle a pinch or two of salt in it to increase the mineral content. It's like I got it from a mountain spring...

Equipment bought does not work
Equipment bought does not work. Customer service completly changes after recieving products, extemely hard to get a hold of, wont return money for any items that do not work or any type of returns so have to pay extra to throw them away as well
*update vevor refunded money after i rang irish consumer rights for advice and threatened to bring them to court, after being left at a loss of 300 euro for weeks with vevor not replying
