Worst experience, didn't get my money back

Do NOT book anything through Eurasmus, you will save yourself a lot of money and headache. I tried to book a room in Lisbon through their website and paid 400 eur for the reservation. However the landlord didn't confirm the reservation. As they say "If in 72 hours the booking has not been confirmed, you will automatically receive your money back and you will be able to reserve another room" but I didn't get ANYTHING back and didn't hear from them ever since. I've been trying to contact them by email and phone for 2 weeks and got no answer.

Reliable and helpful

Book process easy and fast, plenty of rooms available, the people there are always on the line to help you and sort anything you might run to regarding the site or the room and the added reservation protection with money back is an added bonus that you won't find anywhere else. A+ from me ;)
