Lovely campsite with nice and friendly eurocamp couriers
The couriers where great! Very helpful and friendly. The only thing which was not as I expected is the cleanliness of the mobile home. I know in the years a lot is changed and eurocamp is working with an external cleaning company from the campsite but I have to say that this decision is an down grade for the company as the constant quality of the mobiles from 10 years ago is not present anymore. But I will consider a eurocamp holiday again as the campsites are on some of the nicest and beautiful spots across Europe.

Both the caravan and the campsite were…
Both the caravan and the campsite were great overall, we just had a few minor grievances:
- No oven, only 3 of the 4 stovetops worked
- no wine opener
- boiler was very weak, not enough warm water for a full shower

After many calls and mails we could fix the problem.
Sadly we got wrong informations from an Eurocamp employee and had to mail and call many times to find someone to fix the problem. The employee who cpuld finally solve everything was very helpful and understanding.

Very friendly and helpful!
As always the customer service was very friendly and helpful. I have booked my vacation with Eurocamp several years in a row now and I am always very happy with the customer service (I book our vacation via telephone). They always look for the best price and are very patient and helpful.

They have a good website where you can book many extras and get all the information about the booked stay.
They also respond quickly to queries!

One of the most beautiful campsites on…
One of the most beautiful campsites on the Adriatic! A very demanding, orderly environment. You can find everything you need. Shop, boat and jet ski rental, swimming pool, restaurant, etc. The water blocks are very clean and nice. Nice staff. It's all just beautiful.
The only reason I can't give five stars is because our bed in the mobile home was in a catastrophic condition! It was falling apart, moving, creaking. And the mattress was very worn out. It's uncomfortable and you can't sleep on it.
