Do not rent a car through them They steal your deposit

Do not rent a car through them. They deducted a deposit from my credit card, and they have not paid it back. I have talked to Eurocar in Spain, and they said that the money has not been deducted, but they have blocked it, and it is already unlocked. This is not true, so I have been going backwards and forwards for an hour with Eurocar, and my bank will need to request it. If I do not get the money back I will ned to take them to court. They are thieves

Very terrible experience

Very terrible experience to rent car here. Here are few reasons for your reference to not choose Eurocar.
1. Not convenient location: The Eurocar office is 10 mins walking distance from train station. You have to drag your luggage to office and register to get car key firstly. After that, you need to drag your luggages back to car park in train station to get the car by yourself.
2. Terrible service in office: The officers in store are rush to serve next customers and they never explain details to you if you get questions.
3. Unreasonable extra charge with no explanation: The rental price I booked in website was supposed to be 400+ sgd with full insurance. However, I have to pay 600+ sgd in store to just get a worse car.
4. Cars are not in good condition: The car I got was a new car with 2000 km miles, however this car has many issues. For example, the flush water function of window is not working. The miles reading of left petrol is not accurate and fluctuates all the time. etc.
5. Not traceable car conditions: Since you have to pick up car by your self without assistance of officers, it is difficult to get proven that car is in good condition before you take over. Very risky!
In summary, if you want to have a pleasant trip, please do not rent car here!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
I am a disabled driver and used eurocar on my holiday in Spain because l believed they were a reputable company ,l could trust them and they would be able to cater for disabled people. However l was mistaken! The eurocar booking office in Barcelona Airport is in the Terminal building and the pick up/dropoff area is at another site across a major Airport access road. No offer of mobility assistance eg wheelchair etc was offered. As I would have had great difficulty participating in vehicle inspections amazingly Eurocar refused to do any inspections at all. I asked repeatedly for them to fulfil their obligations as stated in their own Terms but they outright refused. Then when l returned home l got a bill for £255 for alleged damage to the car. I totally disagreed with their allegations as l had not damaged the car and they had no evidence what so ever that l did. I tried to talk to Eurocar but the outcome was to be referred to the Madrid office whose response was to ignore my protests and disputes and to issue a new bill for £366. My credit card is currently trying to sort this issue. My holiday was ruined.I have had nothing but trouble dealing with Eurocar, and my advice to people ips DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!I
